“At first glance, you would think this shop is just a wholesaler, but to my surprise you can actually buy boxes too!! They have a wide array/variety of sweets and all of them looked heavenyl. The gentleman whowas running the place is extremely professional and helpful. He allowed me to sample 4-5 pieces of the sweet itself. I ended up buying 4 small boxes and 2 big boxes. Toally affordable priced as well! My favorite was definitely the “Mango barfi” which is a milk based sweet. I finally have a place i can go to for all my sweet needs! Especially since it is Ramadan and sweets are necessary for every iftaar.“
“I visited De Tandoori Knight on a Saturday 4/6/24. I was dining alone. The customer service was excellent. The restaurant was small but very clean and organized. The prices were excellent and the portions were great. I ordered Chicken Korma with Basmati rice, regular Naan bread and a Mango Lassi. The chicken was very tender, the sauce was creamy, delicious and not spicy. The Naan was good. I loved the Lassi. I had leftovers. I will definitely be returning. I am Puerto Rican and grew up in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Growing up here there were no Indian restaurants. So happy to see more Indian restaurants now. I've been eating Indian food for about 20 years. To my Latinos try Indian food you might just love it. Not all dishes are Spicy. Visit this restaurant you may just love it like I did.“
“Please DO NOT use Doordash as your delivery option. Twice I did not receive my order ( puri aloo) and the delivery person showed it as delivered.Ofcourse Doordash refunded my money. But it is very disappointing to keep waiting for your order to realize that you will never get it.“
“Great sweets. Everything was really fresh. We picked up some sweets for family and everyone loved how fresh it was. I want to go back and try other sweets and maybe some samosas and other menu items. They also let us try things too. Only issue we had was we went late and they ran out of some stuff but that’s expected late in the day I guess“

“It was nice to find a Halal place where I could sit down and eat. My only takeback was that I was hoping to find the usual chicken over rice or chicken Gyro, but they serve chicken, biryani, and other Indian base Halal foods. That was not an issue as what I ordered tasted very good. I had grilled chicken over salad and my friend had chicken tacos. There was a variety of food choices, so you will definitely find what you like and the food is tasty.“

Also for breakfast I had chana bhatura, suji halwa. I haven’t tasted that chana in the most expensive places. Suji halwa so tast. Gajar halwa tasted exactlymy mother used to make. I am Punjabi & vegetarian so love Punjabi food. I yet haveto try more veggies like aloo gobi, palak paneer, sarson ka saag, bhindi.I highly recommend this restaurant for vegetarians & non vegetarians alike as my friend went there n loved the non vegetarianKebabs n curries. “You can dine in, but I think they do more take out. The chicken biriyani is incredibly flavorful. Everything has a building heat, which I thought was fantastic, but if you are a little iffy on thatn keep that on mind. The was a bit of a licorish taste which i found a little much (maybe star anise?), but so good I didn't mind. The chicken and vegetable samosas were really good.The naan is made fresh. It was a amazing as you'd imagine from that. Oh, and you will need cash. They don't take credit or debit.“

“The best Naans in terms of quality. Fish is good and steamed lamb or beef are their specialty. Place may not look like very upscale however the food is authentic Pakistani food as it could be.Vegetarian options: Parking in general is hard to find, however a bit easier on the weekends.“

They call it chicken Tikka but what it is is a hefty kebab freshly grilled ground chicken with spices, served with naan bread, and spicy yogurt sauce, for five bucks. It's substantial, but more than that, indescribably delicious. They don't seem quite hindu or quite Muslim, I can't quite place it, but these hardworking Americans serve LaGuardia's taxi and limo drivers and anyone lucky enough to wander in.“
“Great prices, portions, and good food. Tried the chicken chapli kebab and samosa chaat which were really good. The samosa chaat was flavorful and the kebab was juicy. The chicken halim wasn't great, not enough spice and tasted like it was made from a packet and the rasmalai was too watery. All in all, food was mostly worth it and I would try out other menu items.“
