Good amount of food for decent price. Best of all, everything is halal! The rice + chicken Tikka Masala or lamb curry + any veggie option was my go to for 12 bucks. Sometimes they have chicken biryani for 5 bucks too. But they have like anything and everything on their menu including steak which I never tried
Had such a pleasant experience eating at Salt and Pepper on West 33rd Street. The food was so incredibly fresh and tasty. The portions were great in relation to the prices charged for their combos. The naan in particular is a must try. Made from scratch right in front of you and served hot and fresh. It was nice to find a Halal place where I could sit down and eat. My only takeback was that I was hoping to find the usual chicken over rice or chicken Gyro, but they serve chicken, biryani, and other Indian base Halal foods. That was not an issue as what I ordered tasted very good. I had grilled chicken over salad and my friend had chicken tacos. There was a variety of food choices, so you will definitely find what you like and the food is tasty.
