Auntie Anne's Reviews
The pretzels are delicious as can be expected but traveling through 7 busy floors of Macy’s to get to Auntie Anne’s doesn’t make sense when all you want are pretzels and a lemonade. The elevators are always packed and the escalators at Macy’s are very slow.It was better when Auntie Anne’s had a home at Penn Station years ago.
Here the staff were super rude and there was nowhere to sit so my husband and I had to sit at a bench outside the fitting rooms in Macys. The good thing about this shop is that if you are shopping at Macys and just happen to get hungry you can stop here because it is located right in Macys and there is a Starbucks downstairs also. Plus the bathrooms are right around the corner.

Long story short, Auntie Anne's makes the best pretzels ever. They're chewy and sweet, but not too sweet. With that said, they're ridiculously overpriced. At Penn Station, a cup of pretzels sticks costs $9.25. Seriously?
