5 people inside the premises, none at the till. We are 6 people watching them. None serve the public

Got in line behind a woman at the “LINE STARTS HERE” sign. She was called up to be helped and her order taken. During this time while I was waiting to be next, a new line formed on the other side of the counter. When it was my turn, the employee told me I had to go “to the end of the line” and pointed to the new line. I told her I was in line and I was next, and she just stared at me blankly. So I left.

Disgustingly overpriced. 2 pretzels and a bottle of water for $26!

Nasty. Everything in there was gross. You're better off getting a dirty water dog from the st

I must say I’ve always been a loyal customer to auntie Anne’s and never had any problems when I purchase elsewhere today I see wasn’t the day to buy because the cinnamon bites I was giving was pretty hard to where my tooth is hurting me if I didn’t have to get on the train to work I would’ve brought the item I got back !!! Please check your food before giving it to someone

Hard stale pretzel at 11:30 in the morning. The girl also seemed annoyed that she had to wait on me. Used to be better when they had the kiosk near the tracks. Also don’t bother asking for a flavored pretzel as they just dump it into the bag and not even on the pretzel. Don’t waste $8 on this

I was charged $10.88 for a pretzel that tasted like it had been sitting there all day. It was very hard. It seems like they’re scamming customers. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt before you leave. Otherwise, they’ll continue to get away with scamming people.

One of things I love here is that I can order salt no butter pretzel.

Great food, even better service. The man at the counter deserves a raise, he was so friendly. Pretzel bites were good also.

Long story short, Auntie Anne's makes the best pretzels ever. They're chewy and sweet, but not too sweet. With that said, they're ridiculously overpriced. At Penn Station, a cup of pretzels sticks costs $9.25. Seriously?

Penn Station location** by far the worst and most expensive hot dog that I couldn’t even eat ( the meat had darkish green color). The guy a the counter seems nice.

Shoma is great woman and helps out a lot with customers. She replaced my pretzel with pretzel nuggets and made me happy I give tips and will come back more because of her.

The 2 locations I do not like are in 34th Street Penn station they're not in stores they're stands in the station. And indians who work in them are waay to personable well like a relative brought me something there and the indian female looked down on me for this- it's funny cause in India there's a caste system and she looks lower class to me. Supposedly they care about people and not money but customer service has alot to do with people if that's who you care about.
