The food is fantastic, but what truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The manager and staff showed incredible kindness, calmness, and professionalism when a guest fainted, providing water and calling an ambulance. Be ready to wait in line, as it can be long, but it moves quickly and is well worth the wait. The atmosphere is lively and the staff is efficient. Don’t skip the desserts, as the bomboloni were delicious. L’Industrie is a must-visit while in Manhattan and definitely worth coming back for.
