Ate at the Emmy Squared in Birmingham, AL at the Summit and it was AMAZING! We got the margherita pizza and it was fantastic. A new favorite & cannot wait to go again!
Went last night and had a few pies which were overall pretty great. However, the ricotta cheese on these pies was unbelievably dry and solidified. We had to remove these chunks from our slices before eating. Super weird. Pizza was pretty good aside from that.
