The most popular menu choices, including a regular slice, pepperoni, burrata, margarita, and the L'Industrie slice, all pass the test. The Bacon with Fig Jam is a standout. The pizza is described as thin, tasty, crispy, with a perfectly crispy and chewy crust, and a good ratio of sauce to cheese to crust. Fresh basil on top and fresh tasting ingredients make the pies creative.

This is not a sit-down place; there are only standing areas and it can be very crowded and messy. Lines can be long, sometimes 20-30 minutes, but they move quickly. Staff works to keep people from circumventing the line. Some visitors found the wait worth it, while others would not wait in a very long line. The pizza is not cheap but is considered worth it. One visitor from DC now considers it a future go-to whenever visiting Brooklyn. A native New Yorker was not impressed, but overall the pizza is yummy and perfect for a quick bite.

This is the best pizza I have ever had, nice crisp, light crust with just the right amount of toppings, no grease at all. I live in CT and thought no pizza was better than our New Haven ones, boy was I wrong!!! Looking forward to returning……soon!
