“Dr. Ji Han truly is a rare doctor in his field. He is so knowledgeable, thoughtful and good at his job. It is reflected all throughout his practice from the front desk to surgical staff. His team are truly incredible at helping pinpoint and relieve your pain. Dr. Alfie is such a great doctor handling follow ups and the front desk is always on top of appointments. Always on time, always friendly, always courteous. I have never been to a doctor's office that I look forward to going to, simply because I know there won't be no tedious hassle or redundant procedures. “We were attending an event at Queens College and wanted to have a lunch/dinner afterwards, so we searched for restaurants nearby. There were many choices, but I was impressed by the website and menu for Piccolo Sogno. Following the event, joined by four friends, my wife and I made the short drive to the restaurant. It was a hot day, and at first we said we would like to dine inside. But the gracious host said we were welcome to check the outside seating first--and we're so glad we did! In the lovely, covered garden, we comfortably began a great feast! Piccolo Sogno has a nice selection of wines and beers as well as sparkling water. That was followed by delicious Calamari Fritti (done to perfection) and a Hot Antipasto Sampler with more calamari, baked clams, eggplant rolatini and amazing fried shrimp. We followed that with Pollo Alla Francese (some of the best I've ever had), Spaghetti Carbonara, Penne Vodka, and Insalata Dello Chef with chicken. These were served with generous side orders of Caesar salad or pasta. The service was friendly, courteous and at a pace that made for a wonderful afternoon. Even though we were extremely well-filled, we ordered dessert, and are so glad we did! The Limoncello Flute was one of the best desserts we've had, as was the Chocolate Mousse. Some iced expresso (wait until you see the special way it is layered!) and coffee would have been the end of a perfect meal, but then Chef Maurizio himself came out to spend some time at our table. After a nice conversation, he took this selfie shot of us all. As we left, the wonderful staff of the restaurant all greeted us and thanked us for coming. I can't remember the last time that happened in such a warm and spontaneous way. I could not more highly recommend a restaurant. We live in Manhattan and have our choice of some of the best restaurants anywhere--but actually, I look forward to returning to Piccolo Sogno!“

“Very Oldschool Queens pizzeria, and I would recommend it if you are looking for that slice from your childhood that has that orange grease to it, with a nice dose of oregano in the sauce.

Not the best slice in NYC by a longshot, but solid. These places are disappearing, and it’s a pure hit of nostalgia.“

“Full disclosure, I know and really love the owner and his family. However, even if I didn’t , which I do, I’d give this five stars. Pizza is fresh and delicious, the place is spotless and they are always cleaning, portions are plentiful, the falafel is fantastic and I love how they warm up the pita to give the sandwich a nice crunch. Service is great. When we got there no one knew we were friendly with the owner but we were treated as if we were. Everyone was. Fast, efficient and good. Also, love the large seating area in the back. Great spot!“

“Local lunchtime restaurant with a bunch of tables on a busy street. I love the food, the fried calamari are especially slamming. The owner is super nice and always goes above and beyond with the presentation of the meals, even the pizza slices. The white pizza was awesome.“

“Forest now has two solid pizza spots. Joe’s has unique slices like thick sliced with actual pieces of burrata or the “MVP” (marinara, vodka and pesto and an eggplant parm slice that was dope. Definitely stop by, good prices and nice space with some interesting ambiance like the old school Pizza Hut light fixture.“

“So I've lived in Bayside for 15 years now and Im originally from Astoria, where I grew up on The Sandwich King. I've ordered from Luigis before, tons of times, usually pizzas and the occasional chicken parm. Today I got a newish looking menu in the mail and bounced some new options. So I said , OK, let's get a chicken vodka parm and a chicken club sandwich for us. Well my wife is lucky I love her because I ate half of each sandwich and could have easily eaten both. Some of the tastiest and freshest sandwiches I have had here in Bayside. Will be ordering them again!!!“

Buffalo chicken slice - has a nice kick to the buffalo sauce and the chicken was fresh.
Regular sicilian - very flavorful, fluffy and good sauce.
