“Came here with my family and this was such a cute and tidy cafe. This cafe had a very homey feel to it and the workers were so welcoming. We had the BLT toast, curried chicken toast, empanadas (argentine beef, chicken chipotle and ham&cheese), drinks and ice cream. Everything was delicious but the curried chicken toast and argentine beef empanada were the highlight of our meal. We will definitely be coming back to try the other items on the menu!“

“Came here after hearing about it online and I am not disappointed. The small pizza is a great size for personal pizza. I've had fusion pizza before and I was excited to see flavors other than Tikka pizza. I got the lamb kabob pizza, packs a bit of heat. The crust leaves a bit to be desired but that's not a huge deal.“

“Small little hole in the wall place that has great breakfast and even greater coffee. Serving sizes are large and plenty of variety for the picky eaters. The breads and croissants are so fresh, puffy and toasty at the same time. It's open very early in the morning and lot's of locals come in to grab a coffee and bite to go, when you see it crowded so early in the morning you know it's a good place to eat.“
“The ambiance is excellent, providing a very homey atmosphere. The staff was swift with providing service. The breakfast burrito was divine. Although there's no meat in it, I was more than satisfied with the ingredients included.The fruit on the side was fresh and delicious, as the coffee.“

“I’ve been to this cafe many times because they are one of the few cafes in JC with plenty of space for reading/working and healthy food options. I’ve tried their avocado and chicken sandwich, avocado toast, egg and cheese wrap and their brekki quinoa bowl. I prefer the avocado and chicken sandwich and the egg and cheese wrap but I liked that everything was light and healthy and made me feel good about my body after eating them.The owner is also very friendly and polite. This cafe is located in the lobby of a luxury apartment building. I’d definitely recommend this cafe.Vegetarian options: Avocado toast“
“We ordered our engagement cake from Cocoa Bakery and were extremely happy with how everything came out. This was our first time ordering a large cake and the cake expert was very patient with us and walked us through all the various flavors/styles/fillings and was very transparent about the pricing. The cake exceeded expectation. We knew we wanted a naked cake style to match our rustic them and they worked with us finding using example pictures to style our cake exactly as we wanted. The process was no stress. We were late at ordering the cake (about 2.5 weeks out) but they had helped us confirm the cake/size quickly and once we were confirmed they took care of everything and the cake was delivered fresh on time. The cake was more than enough to feed all our guest, delicious and so fresh. The buttercream frosting was delicious and our cake expert gave us tips on how to serve it to preserve the taste. I highly recommend them! Thanks so much!“
“TOP NOTCH!!!!We had a delicious meal and wonderful service. We were at the Bridal Market, staying at the Hyatt Regency, and this place was a super quick walk for SUPER good food and dining!!! I love the HG, but their breakfast prices were unreasonable. At City Diner, the prices are perfectly fine! Atmosphere was stellar, food was perfect, and THE CHEESECAKE was AMAZING, best I have had in years!!! Thank you for a great breakfast!!!“
“I frequent Choc Pain at least 2 times per week. Service and food are good with the exception of today. I ordered a sandwich and coffee. The coffee was luke warm, not hot and tasted like mud. It was the worst coffee i ever tasted. Not sure what happened as usually the coffee is “
“Ever since I bought my first chocolate cake here, it has been our go to place. For my soon to be sister-in-law's bachelorette party, I ordered a simple customized cake. It turned out so cute and it was such a big hit at the party. Customer service for getting the cake details we amazing. They respone with in 1 hour of inquiry. Forever love this place and their chocolate cake.“
“Koro Koro has not let me down yet. I discovered it on a whim while doing some work in the Jersey City area, and let me tell you I've craved it ever since. I recently had a chance to return and I can say that I was still impressed with how delicious the Onigiri was and how friendly the staff was. Please give them a visit, they are growing and have recently opened a spot in SoHo. Best of luck and will be back soon.“
“This is a great place to get some work done or pick up a quick cup of coffee. The interior is bright and welcoming, and in the summer, you can sit outside with a view of the water at the end of the street. The pastries are quite good - I bought a croissant here that was large and flaky. I've also had the hot chocolate here - it's not bad but also not worth going out of your way for. The true skill of this place seems to be in the coffee drinks - which are high quality and made with care. The staff is super friendly - they take pride in their work, and are helpful with answering questions about the menu. Notably, this place is also very clean - I bought a drink to use the bathroom once and was pleasantly surprised. If you need a place to work with decent coffee, this place is great.“
“Love their large selection of pastries, savory stuff and amazing bread. Their service is good and they offer seasonal sweets too (Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, etc.). There are a few tables to sit down but not many. The only critique I have is that their products are pricy which us why I am giving 4 stars.“

“I visit this location almost daily as I work in the same building. I love that I can use their app to order ahead and bypass the line to pick up my order. Even though I order ahead and rarely have to wait for my order, I get the chance to say hello and thanks to the staff behind the counter. Everyone is friendly, attentive and are extremely professional in their day to day approach. In case you didn't know, they bake on premise and I very much enjoy the blueberry muffins. Freshly made daily, the smell of freshly baked goods is just amazing. In fact I not only enjoy the muffins but the croissants and sandwiches along with the coffee and matcha. You cannot go wrong in coming to this location, it is right in front of the PATH and a short block from the light rail at Exchange Place. Order ahead, drop by pickup and get to where you need to go. “PHENOMENAL! I stumbled across this place on my way home from my nail appointment and I couldn't be more impressed! I had the Chana masala, chicken tikka appetizer, garlic naan and samosas. Everything was perfectly seasoned and spiced. They were even nice enough to give me a large side of sauce. It's possibly some of the best Indian food I've ever had and definitely my new go to place!! The place was quite bustling even on a Monday night and the man at the counter was very warm and accommodating even though he seemed incredibly busy with other tables and to go orders.“
“My wife and I have been eating at Cavany since it opened - we live in the 235 Grand building. Alejandro and his staff not only cook amazing food, but they are welcoming and have turned the restaurant into a wonderful space for a casual meal with an upscale feel. Our favorites are the Ropa Vieja and tostones!“
