Thank God I have found a place in a mall that gives me exactly what I am looking for in fast, wholesome, tasty vegan options! I selected a plate with tofu, 3 veggie options (rainbow carrots, sautéed greens, and roasted sweet potatoes), the sesame avocado, and some beet hummus on the side. EVERYTHING tastes delicious! I love the sautéed greens - I will have to try to replicate that at home.
