I've been on a mission to try every coffeeshop in Hoboken since moving here a few months back. The Little Local is one of my favorites.Although a bit out of the way, The Little Local has some of the best coffee and friendliest baristas in Hoboken (maybe a tie with Pour Amor, which is also one of my favorites). This is my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. The baristas are personable, friendly and are such delights to converse with. They perk up my days on top of the boost from the quality drinks. They also take great pride and care in crafting their drinks to the customers.

Ordered:Medium Cold Brew (~$5): with lavender and a splash of oat milk (+50¢)Aya's take:Small coffee shop with your typical cafe menu. I opted for the Cold Brew today with Lavender syrup. I love floral flavors and the lavender really balanced out the bitterness of the cold brew. It could've used a bit more oat milk to make it smoother. I got the caffeine kick I wanted and was nice to sip on for the time being.
