Although not a kosher caterer, she worked with a certified kosher baker (who does not deliver direct to consumers in CT) and designed a beautiful inscription and decoration using Hebrew spelling I provided. The cake met every aesthetic, ritual, and gustatory requirement, and Christine could not have been more responsive and helpful!“

“Very juicy chicken — tender meat, well cooked, with a crispy crust on the outside and soft on the inside. Nothing is dry; you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The bun was a pleasant surprise: soft, lightly toasted, doesn’t fall apart, and absorbs the sauce perfectly without becoming soggy. The sauce adds richness without overpowering the chicken. Everything is well balanced — it feels like a thoughtfully made, high-quality sandwich, not just fast food. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.“

I got the #3 which is a Smoked Turkey Hero, and it was super solid and filling. I highly recommend swapping the mayo with chipotle mayo — it was amazing and added a lot of flavor. Maybe even get some extra chipotle mayo on the side. I approve!“

I think they need to apply insecticide to all the drains and clean them thoroughly, and not to leave wet towels because that could attract them.“
