“The food and the atmosphere were amazing. The employees were super nice and patient. The only problem is that there is a heavy amount of drain flies at the bar section. I think they need to apply insecticide to all the drains and clean them thoroughly, and not to leave wet towels because that could attract them.“

The juices are healthy mixes of real fresh fruit. I tried the spicy Margarita, super tasty drink! I ordered two daiquiris, but I’m fairly certain they were actually margaritas. No complaints from me, though, because I love a good margarita! The casual food items were the real standouts. The pizza and burgers were amazing, and everyone in our group really enjoyed them. We also decided to take a chance on the $50 steak, but unfortunately, that was the one disappointment of the meal. My husband is a big steak guy, and he didn’t feel it lived up to the price or the description on the menu. Aside from the steak, we really enjoyed our visit. Great service, great staff, and some really delicious food. I’d definitely return, especially for the pizza and burgers!“

“Silver Lake is a great cafe! The food, atmosphere, and service is outstanding, and the place is very clean and well kept every time I’ve been. I got the #3 which is a Smoked Turkey Hero, and it was super solid and filling. I highly recommend swapping the mayo with chipotle mayo — it was amazing and added a lot of flavor. Maybe even get some extra chipotle mayo on the side. I approve!“

“We had a very enjoyable experience here on a Saturday afternoon. The store has a great atmosphere appropriate for a cheese shop.

We sampled three delicious cheeses in order to help decide on our purchase. They have an excellent selection and so hard to choose! Samantha was so sincerely friendly and eager to make our time there a pleasant one and not just a business transaction. We look forward to going back for lunch as they have a great selection of sandwiches with various cheeses.

We went yesterday and today made “elevated” grilled cheese sandwiches from one of our purchases yesterday. They came out as delicious as expected!“

I actually came back the very next day because I was so impressed by yesterday’s coffee! This time, I asked the owner to recommend something similar, and she introduced me to their new Strawberry Shortcake Latte. 🍓☕

It was beautiful, almost like a little piece of art, and absolutely delicious. The sweet strawberry flakes added a lovely fruity flavor without overpowering the coffee itself. You can still really taste and enjoy the coffee, which I loved.

Two visits in two days, and both drinks were fantastic. Definitely becoming one of my favorite coffee spots! ❤“

At one point, one in our party wanted coffee, so we decided to look around for a place for coffee, and found Cafe Nico's. The cappuccino was delicious, and I also had a flaky pastry filled with a vanilla custard sauce. Since the cafe is Italian, I cannot refer to it as a croissant. This is one of the few places that is cash only. I look forward to returning, the first chance I can.“
