The place is good, and the food is of good quality. However, there is room for improvement in the service. It can be slow and a bit disorganized. We visit often, and almost always, they bring something different from what was ordered. For example, if it was supposed to be with oat milk, it would arrive with almond milk. If the eggs were meant to be scrambled, they come fried, and so on. They close so early.
Today was the first time we visited. Melissa was our waitress. She was very nice, smiled and gave me time when I didn’t know what I wanted to order. She placed my child’s order first. His Belgium waffle came with berries and cream. He ate to fast to get that pick. Io Lu wish it was a tad bigger for the price but it was crunchy on the outsid and soft in the inside wish it wasn’t cook with salt because I could taste it. I love le pain quotidien but i was very disappointed when I spend $20.65 for a cobb salad and did not get what im used to. First the employee tells me they dont have hard boiled eggs so they will give me a few pastries for the egg , i said ok fine even tho im sure i would not eat the sweets because im on a diet but i try to be understanding, what really got me upset was how careless this salad looks.
