“Hands down the best restaurant in Westchester! This is a run, don’t walk, recommendation. From the moment you enter Cafe Deux, you’re transformed to another era. The owners, Carrie and Charlotte Denoyer, greet each customer with warmth as they accommodate every request—from seating, to craft cocktails, to gf/df/v options. With a chef who clearly “gets it”, each course feels so very special—as if prepared just for you! I’ve been visiting Cafe Deux since they’ve opened so picking my favorite dishes is near impossible, but…Breakfast-crustless farmers market quiche; Lunch- salad tuna nicoise; Dinner—mussels, the Deux wagyu burger, any fish special, and of course the fries, which take 48hrs to prepare). This place is perfection! Harrison sure is lucky to have them!“

“Silver Lake is a great cafe! The food, atmosphere, and service is outstanding, and the place is very clean and well kept every time I’ve been. I got the #3 which is a Smoked Turkey Hero, and it was super solid and filling. I highly recommend swapping the mayo with chipotle mayo — it was amazing and added a lot of flavor. Maybe even get some extra chipotle mayo on the side. I approve!“

“My party of four dined at Pelican Room, and overall, we had a really good experience. Our waiter was outstanding, and the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive.

I ordered two daiquiris, but I’m fairly certain they were actually margaritas. No complaints from me, though, because I love a good margarita! The casual food items were the real standouts. The pizza and burgers were amazing, and everyone in our group really enjoyed them. We also decided to take a chance on the $50 steak, but unfortunately, that was the one disappointment of the meal. My husband is a big steak guy, and he didn’t feel it lived up to the price or the description on the menu. Aside from the steak, we really enjoyed our visit. Great service, great staff, and some really delicious food. I’d definitely return, especially for the pizza and burgers!“

I actually came back the very next day because I was so impressed by yesterday’s coffee! This time, I asked the owner to recommend something similar, and she introduced me to their new Strawberry Shortcake Latte. 🍓☕

It was beautiful, almost like a little piece of art, and absolutely delicious. The sweet strawberry flakes added a lovely fruity flavor without overpowering the coffee itself. You can still really taste and enjoy the coffee, which I loved.

Two visits in two days, and both drinks were fantastic. Definitely becoming one of my favorite coffee spots! ❤“

“Had a delightful lunch today at the 41st St location. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The dressing on the greens that comes with the sandwiches was to die for! I think they need to apply insecticide to all the drains and clean them thoroughly, and not to leave wet towels because that could attract them.“

“We came across this little gem (that has been around for 13 years!) just today and this place single handedly just convinced us that we should move to this exact neighborhood haha!
We got two sandwiches, a pulled pork panini (basically a Cuban, yum!) and a chorizo with machego cheese and pear. They were both so delicious and I’ll be thinking about it for the next foreseeable days. Each sandwich order comes with chips but they’re not just any chips.. they’re TORRES chips! If you were to purchase these chips outside at the market, that itself is already $6 and the sandwiches are about $12-$16.. the value of this meal is HIGH! They use great quality cured meats and cheeses too.. I think we’re so used to being scammed in the city with the pricing we almost had a whiplash when they told us our total. LOL.
They also offer iced teas from any of the tea selections they have- very casually offering Harney & Sons.. I have no idea how she made the iced teas in less than two minutes but she did and it was perfect.
It seems like their specialty is charcuterie boards but they also offer frozen pasta and pints of icecream (they also serve icecream too, must go back for that), frozen food that’s ready to heat up and eat, unique jams, local pie and chocolates/ sweets.
This small business is family owned and operated- I believe the wonderful lady who helped us today was the owner and she was so sweet and welcoming.
We’re so excited to come back and try their other sandwiches and possibly order a charcuterie board for our next special occasion!“

“We drove up to Yonkers to shop at HMart and found this bakery inside the store. It is a takeout only location as there is no seating. Very nice selection of items and we bought a couple to take home. Will eat later.
The store is right on Central Park Ave long with lots of other shopping
options. We will definitely stop in again.“
