“Raphael's Bakery is the absolute best! I was in town from NorCal and I stopped by to meet a friend in Greenwich. I had some time to kill so I started asking Charlotte about why my homemade sourdough bread wasn't successful. She called Raphael over who, while he didn't share his secret receipe, he helped me understand the reasons why my bread wasn't full of air and getting any "oven lift." They were both so gracious with their time and experience......I hope they will consider offering cooking classes at some point. Absolute class act people!“

“I really liked PopUp Bagels! I will say it wasn't what I was completely expecting so just know before you go that if you want butter or cream cheese or any of those add on's you have to buy their tiny tubs of them so I opted to only get one. They are incredibly fresh, you just go to the side window and they give them to you fresh out of the oven. The bagels were great!“

“I love shopping at this place. I buy French ham, fresh bread, desserts, and fresh produce here, and everything is always great quality. They also have a wonderful variety of cheeses. All the employees have a true vocation and passion for helping customers. The cashier, Sonia, always greets everyone with an amazing smile, and Gloria is wonderful and sometimes even warms up my bread. The manager, Ive, is always willing to help, even when she is very busy. I truly enjoy coming to this place!“

“I ordered a cake for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteen for August 14, 2021. I provided a picture of the design of what she wanted to the bakery, and spoke to the owner about making a few minor details. The cake came out absolutely beautiful! She was on point with every detail. It was delivered on time, and it was absolutely delicious! “Quick appreciation post to Cobs Bread on High Ridge Road. My 2 year old son went in earlier and took a VERY long time to pick out what he wanted. It reminds me of the crazy good bread you get for breakfast in Europe. We have so far eaten it toasted with butter and honey and with split pea soup.I’ve got all kinds of crazy ideas for this bread…including toasting it and crumbling it on top of Mac and cheese.Already placed my next order. “I had a very good pretzel from here. It was hot and fresh. The only thing wrong was that there was a long line. This meant the staff was having a very hard time handling the people and making the pretzels at the same time, so I had a very long wait.“

“They are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST, I had been looking all around town asking if they could please do a Minecraft design as a square cupcake, everyone said no can't do it. I called Manny's Bakery I didn't even know they were there, I always thought is was a convenience store, spoke to Manny himself, he said email me the picture let's see what we can do. After reviewing the picture he was like we can't make the cupcake look square it's usually round, so I asked what if you can make it a square cake and then cut it into 30 individual pieces and then decorate them and he said YES we can do that, mind you I had mentioned the same thing to all the other bakeries I had spoken to. I brought by the original Minecraft toy so they could get the colors correctly and everything turned out GREAT they made my son totally happy and the talk of his school. I ABSOLUTELY recommend them they went above and beyond to make this a special birthday“
