“Our family has been going to the Harrison Bake Shop for years. Consistently the best bakery in the area. Friendly staff. Great baked goods - the best cheesecake money can buy. Their goods are baked fresh each night, so get there earlier in the day before they sell out.“

“Raphaël's is far and away the best bakery I've ever been to. To begin with, the quality of the food is absolutely top notch across the board. I never had anything less than delicious from there and they offer a wide variety of options. From traditional French baked goods to chocolate matzo toffee bars to chocolate cookie croissants, there's always something for everyone. The ingredients are also high quality and they don't pack in any junk or preservatives (unlike grocery store bought bread which has an unnaturally long shelf life). I also love how easy is it to get here. They're right off Greenwich Ave and the area is quiet and serene. Well, quiet- ish. Since the day they opened their doors, Raphaël's often has a line out the door. Which is amazing because they opened their doors during Covid in middle of the winter - when most businesses were failing and closing. That should tell you something right there. Still, they're very efficient with checking out patrons and the line moves pretty fast so don't let that scare you away. It's absolutely worth the few minute wait if theres a line. I think Raphaël's continues to be so popular not just because they have great baked goods and a lovely location but they're also the nicest people I've ever met. The bakery is run by a wonderful French family that makes every visit here such a pleasure. If you want to support a local business while enjoying the best croissant you'll ever eat, you need to stop by Raphaël's. You will not regret it.“

“Loves this place. Patties taste like the one back home. The Veggie patties are my favorite, love the bread so nice and soft. Staff is great and freindly. Place is small but that's ok with me and in and out. They have a refrigerator with juice. They cheese , Bun . All the nice things to consume. Makes my mouth water talk about it.“

“These are all my cookies i have ever gotten from crumbl. They were all delicious. Cannot eat a whole cookie in one sitting tbh but that is not a bad thing at all! That means I can savor the cookie over a period of time woo! My favs from the times I've got crumbl were blueberry cheesecake, snickerdoodle cupcake, cannoli and cinnamon square! I never see them miserable, such inviting workers, and they know their regulars.I usually have their Sticky Bun and Chocolate Swirl. The sticky bun flavor profile is breathtaking, the bread is tender and sweet, the glaze on top is amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better pastry to start my morning. The chocolate swirl is just as good. The flaky bread and smoothness of the chocolate add a really nice feel for the pastry. I believe there is cream inside, too. If I could ask a question, I'd ask if they added cream and what kind? It's just that good!Parking: On the side of the building I believe there is parking as well in front of the store.“

“THE BEST. I use lulus for everything, but I’m specifically writing this review about my wedding cake, which was out of this world. Every single one of my guests said it was the best cake they’ve ever had in their entire lives. Taste was 10 out of 10 it’s rare you get a place that is capable of doing exquisite decoration, but also not compromising the deliciousness of the cake because you can’t have a nice looking cake that tastes terrible and vice versa. Lulu did not fail to deliver. It was a cake out of a magazine. Anybody in the Westchester area probably knows that this is the best and so this is just another review to say yes yes they are the best. “Great local bakery. Everything is always fresh the only complaint I would have is that they are cash only and usually you will have to wait for the ladies behind the counter to finish with their phones or conversation before they acknowledge you. Otherwise the food and pastries are top notch“

“We got 36 cupcakes ordered for my daughter's 3rd birthday and they were incredibly decorated and delicious. The butter cream frosting was light and flavorful and the cake was baked to perfection. We had a rainbow theme so all cupcakes had a rainbow frosting. We always come in the store for a quick treat and to get the best crumb cake in Westchester“

“No offense to the Colombian empanadas, but I much prefer the Argentinian empanada. Colombian empanadas are smaller and fried whilst Argentinian empanadas are larger and baked. That being said I love the empanadas at Los Andes are delicious. They have a good variety of other dishes as well.The establishment is tight so a visit with a group larger than 3 is not recommended. What i do recommend is taking a box of empanadas to go. They taste even better warmed up.Besides the empanada I had the fully loaded Chilean hot dog. The hot dog was a bit thin, but the combinations atop the hot dog were delicious. Also, they make a great cup of coffee.I make a trip to Los Andes every year for the Halloween parade with a sporadic viskt when I get a craving. “I traveled 20 minutes to go to this place and I have mixed emotions, many people describe them as the best cookies but for me they are overpriced, they have good flavor and a reasonable size but not enough to pay a little more than $4 per unit. On this visit I bought a box with 6 units to try them all.“

Bought a small apple pie ($23) and it tasted good but it's like a jiffy pop popcorn, obnoxiously high crust so you can't cut a slice cleanly, definitely can NOT serve this to guests, impossible to plate (see pics) also a small 6" zucchini bread ($8.95) it was good.“

“Deanna made up sample cakes for my daughter’s wedding. We were blown away with the freshness and taste of these cakes.. I have never had such a fluffy buttercream in my life. “Let me start with I am not one to write reviews however this one is worth the occasion. It was an absolute pleasure working with Wildly Cakes to get a cake for my bridal shower. We had a traveling themed bridal shower and Wildly Cakes was able to make this beautiful world map on the side. But it doesn’t just end there the cake itself tasted delicious. We got a vanilla cake with cookie butter filling and all my guests ranted and raved on how good it was. We actually have our wedding cake being made by them too and we cannot wait to see and taste it especially after this great first impression.“

There were some preteen girls hanging out at the tables. The person helping me was more interested in making faces about every question I asked (over my shoulder with the girls) than helping me. “Had coffee & tea early in the morning with a friend two days ago—fabulous tea service and the cappuccino was just right.Went back later with my son--he LOVED their chicken club sandwich. What's not to love? It was a generous portion. Plenty of chicken and amazing sauce on the side and FRESH french fries. Service was more than attentive. The waitress was lovely and when I looked up for a moment just to take in the beautiful space, a male server stepped over to see if I needed anything. Asked me if I needed lemon or honey with the tea-- that impressed me. Usually you have to ask for everything. Also lovely attention to details with the choice of dishes and cutlery and variety of cups for drinks. Lots of options for pastries as well. Will go back again this weekend for sure! Great job!“

I thought I had everything planned but an hour before ppl were to arrive, I realized I forgot his cake (i know - insanity with back to school chaos). Called them in a panic to see if there was any random cupcakes / etc I could buy up. “This is our favorite spot in Pelham. We love taking lunch dates here. The food and pastries are always great, and the staff are always easygoing. A feel good, eat good spot! However, my family and I love the apple crumb pie, banana cream pie, jelly & glazed donuts and the crumb buns (we always ask for powdered sugar on top which adds to the tastiness!).This is not to say everything else isn’t absolutely amazing because we’ve tried it all!Besides the food being amazing, the service is also top notch. Their almond croissants are popular as well. Martine’s has a quaint and cosy atmosphere. They have a few small tables out front, if you want to sit and eat there. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars across the board is due to mediocre customer service. You’d expect a neighborhood staple like this to be friendlier and more approachable. Instead its small town bakery appearance and perfect vibe is maligned with its big city customer service.
