This place is crowded at various hours. There are a lot of tables if you are hoping to sit down and eat/drink but good luck finding a seat. It is self serve with sliding doors to sort of protect the food from gross people but, of course, not everyone closes those doors after they take what they want. There is a sanitation risk you need to accept if you want to eat here. Yes, I know everywhere has a sanitation risk but most places hide it in the back so I can live in ignorance....read full review
Really beautiful and bright space. Concept is great, loved the ability to serve myself at my own pace. Quality does not justify the prices, although everything was visually lovely. Mediocre pain aux raisin was super dry, comically overpriced pastel de nata had minimal flavor. Cronut was the best thing I had, but not worth a revisit. I ordered one of their iced lattes (definitely more $$ than a comparable item at Starbucks) but ended up canceling my order over hygiene concerns....read full review
