I usually love Shake Shake burgers, but this time I decided to try the Korean-style burger. However, I was disappointed. Korean-style shouldn't just mean adding red pepper paste. It was a bad experience.
Atmosphere is great to dine in and service is excellent. Very friendly staff catering to all your needs. I was hesitant to give 4 stars for service given that my pickup order was 15 minutes late, however I opted to give 5 stars given it was a Friday night with unbelievable amounts of customers. The food is decent. Portions can be bigger and the lack of seasoning on the meat is disappointing. Crispy chicken saved the rating overall from 2 -> 3 stars.
