I usually love Shake Shake burgers, but this time I decided to try the Korean-style burger. However, I was disappointed. Korean-style shouldn't just mean adding red pepper paste. It was a bad experience.

Atmosphere is great to dine in and service is excellent. Very friendly staff catering to all your needs. I was hesitant to give 4 stars for service given that my pickup order was 15 minutes late, however I opted to give 5 stars given it was a Friday night with unbelievable amounts of customers. The food is decent. Portions can be bigger and the lack of seasoning on the meat is disappointing. Crispy chicken saved the rating overall from 2 -> 3 stars. Shake Shack is overrated IMO.

I went up to the register to place my order and Melanie told me to place my order on the tablet, which I didnt want to do. I know for a fact you can take orders at the register bc Ive done it at this location prior. Mind you a male and herself were standing around. Anyway, I did my order on the tablet and when I look back Melanie took about 3 other people food orders at the register. Bad call. Not ok. Discrimination? Not coming back.

We like the food, but this location has screwed up our order too many times. This last time we were missing a burger. We logged an issue with the "hospitality team" but just got an auto-reply. Minimally we should be refunded for the missing item. Shame on us for not unsealing the bag and checking before we drive it home.

The Shake Shack on Hartsdale, NY has an awesome staff and delicious food. Staff is always courteous and very kind towards my special needs daughters when they practice ordering from the menu. Highly recommend and congratulate this location for their wonderful service!Parking: Great!Kid-friendliness: Kind and respectful towards special needs populations.

Proably one of the best place to grab a burger in Westchester.. There food is absolutely delicious and the customer service experience that you get is amazing...The Manager James is extremely nice and goes above and beyond every time and delivers great service every single time definitely worth it in my opinion...
