“Everything you’d want in a small town bakery. Fresh pastries and coffee. Their babka is the best. I special order a box when I’m going to see family upstate. Their almond croissants are popular as well. Martine’s has a quaint and cosy atmosphere. They have a few small tables out front, if you want to sit and eat there. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars across the board is due to mediocre customer service. You’d expect a neighborhood staple like this to be friendlier and more approachable. Instead its small town bakery appearance and perfect vibe is maligned with its big city customer service. Quick, short and the sense that those working there are slightly annoyed they have to take your order or wait on you. Their food and cappuccino are still worth the trip!Parking: Depending on the day/time parking might be challenging.“
“I have been going to Galloways since … forever! To say what the best products are is a difficult task. However, my family and I love the apple crumb pie, banana cream pie, jelly & glazed donuts and the crumb buns (we always ask for powdered sugar on top which adds to the tastiness!).This is not to say everything else isn’t absolutely amazing because we’ve tried it all!Besides the food being amazing, the service is also top notch. All the people that work there are helpful and are always willing to give suggestions on what their favorites are!I highly recommend coming here whenever you are in the neighborhood!“

“Saw the cake box in a friend's fridge and Googled it and was curious to check it out myself. Was not disappointed, I went on a Wednesday and look forward to going back next time on the weekend when I'm assuming there will be more choices.Go see for yourself it is worth a trip and then go back.“

“Laura is amazing! I called assuming she had a store front and was told that she works out of her home and I would have to place an order a day in advance. It was my fur baby’s birthday that day and I was a little bummed because I really wanted to bring him a fresh snack. Laura immediately offered me some cupcakes to accommodate me. In 15 mins I had my cupcakes. My baby loved them. I definitely will be buying more cakes from her!“
“THE BEST. I use lulus for everything, but I’m specifically writing this review about my wedding cake, which was out of this world. Every single one of my guests said it was the best cake they’ve ever had in their entire lives. Taste was 10 out of 10 it’s rare you get a place that is capable of doing exquisite decoration, but also not compromising the deliciousness of the cake because you can’t have a nice looking cake that tastes terrible and vice versa. Lulu did not fail to deliver. It was a cake out of a magazine. Anybody in the Westchester area probably knows that this is the best and so this is just another review to say yes yes they are the best. I use them for every birthday every every event, and I will continue to do so. Absolutely love them.“
