Scarsdale Pastry Shop has awful customer service! Went right when they opened to pick up sugar free cake for my sister’s surprise birthday party in NJ. They said it would be ready at 8 am. When I got there I was told it would be 20-25 minutes! Ended up buying carrot cake which she could only have a bite of. When I spoke to Dallas, the manager she was making excuses. The chocolate ganache cake is out of this world here. A chocolate lover’s dream come true!!!
Not what they used to be. Very disappointing. when you order a cake and you don’t listen. Especially when they ask you you send a picture of what you want.
