Birch was a great vibe Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helped me with what i wanted to get. And the Drinks and pastries were even better. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, i will be back!!
From the croissants to the cookies and everything in between, Birch serves up nothing but deliciousness. Every visit is worth it!

Friebdly service, good coffee and fine pastry and other baked goods. We walked in on Saturday morning 08:00 and the place already got crowded. We had cappuccino and matcha coffee with ham-cheese croissant. Make sure to check out the other items they sell here, like the black-garlic ketchup or honey made granola. We’ll be back.

The place offers good coffee and fine pastry and other baked goods. On Saturday morning at 08:00, it already got crowded. Customers had cappuccino and matcha coffee with ham-cheese croissant. Other items to check out include the black-garlic ketchup and honey made granola.
Everything is made from scratch, from their syrups to baked goods. Birch also hosts monthly sourdough starter classes and other fun workshops. There is a little area for pantry essentials and cute gift items, with a rotating monthly and a seasonal menu offering. Top seller items include their signature cardamon bun and the banana bread. For drinks, there is honey lavender latte and blueberry matcha. They just added in ‘for here’ mugs when dining in.
The coffee, the recess drinks, and the lavender syrup are all 10/10. The real star of the show is the cookies and the cakes. The lemon cookies and chocolate chip cookies have crisp edges and gooey center. The cakes are filled with what can only be described as angelic fluffy clouds. Whether needing a little sweet treat or a caffeine pick me up, this is the spot. Multiple hostess gifts were purchased there, and the items are all researched and from small business, locally sourced, if possible. This place is a must visit.
Birch Bakehouse is hands-down the best spot in town. Their bread, especially the challah, is always perfect. Whether stopping in for their incredible pastries or the absolute best cupcakes around, you can’t go wrong. They have also been used for party cakes, and they are pure perfection every single time. The staff is so hardworking, and you can really taste the love in everything they bake!
