“We love this place! This is our Friday night go to place for sushi. The food is consistently amazing and fresh!! The servers, Kelly and Jessica, are personable. They had 10 year anniversary dinner for selected families since we are here quite often and we were blown away with all the delicious meal, drinks and service. Family friendly and also great for date night. We have been coming here many years ago way before they expanded. You won’t regret coming here! Best sushi in Greenwich!!!“

“After a morning workout, I had a craving for sushi (what else is new) so after some research, my husband and I decided to try out Sushi x2 based off the good reviews. We got there pretty much right after they opened at 12, so it wasn't very busy at all with just one other table of diners. The interior of the restaurant wasn't particularly fancy or anything, and a bit dark for my liking, but that didn't really bother us. After reviewing the menu, we ended up ordering the yellowtail maki, and the dynamite and tiger rolls from their Special Rolls menu. The food was delicious! The tiger roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and avocado wrapped in soybean paper) was probably my fave, followed by the dynamite roll (pepper salmon, avocado, and spicy white tuna) and the yellowtail maki last. It was a great spot for a simple sushi lunch and we left both full and satisfied. I definitely want to try out some other sushi spots in the area, but if you're looking for a quick and yummy sushi spot in Stamford, give Sushi x2 a try!“

“This place is not on the main street of this beautiful Greenwich city. It was opened in 1975. If you like seafood, you have to find this place. It is not big but has more then you would expect. There is no option to eat inside, but very cozy small space for outside dining. The lobster rolls are delicious. They have huge selection of fish, fish products and live lobsters. Fresh sushi if you are a sushi lover. Interesting place in the interesting city. 85% of the cars on the streets will start from $70K.“

“I went with a pal after a good local hike in Mamaroneck this past Saturday at 5 PM. It was early so It Was fairly slow, one table was occupied. We were greeted and sat at a table fast. We took a few minutes to look at the menu. Waitress came by within a few minutes and we ordered a couple of Hurricane mixed drinks and a shrimp and vegetable tempura appetizer to start. A few minutes later we ordered our mains, veggie pad Thai for me and my friend ordered veggie pad Thai. The Hurricanes were served in wine glasses and were very tasty and had enough ice to keep the drinks cold But not too much ice, we really enjoyed them, refreshing and nicely mixed! Tempura veggies and shrimp came with a soy dipping sauce and were cooked just right and delicious. Waitress and another women who brought food out were friendly and helpful. Overall a good first time dining experience, nice menu, and we would visit again. We both liked and enjoyed our pad Thai entrees, good size portions and It was delicious. I'll take a few photos next time, will have to order some sushi next visit which looks very good. It's a small Restaurant so it might be wise to go at off peak times.“

“They made an exquisite custom platter of smoked salmon and shrimp for the Easter holiday. The family loved it, and there was nothing left at the end of the day. Totally enjoyed everything. “Great experience. Happened along Darien Hunan Kitchen unexpectedly. So glade we did! Service was fast, friendly and accurate. We only got a couple of the lunch specials, but wow! I haven’t had egg rolls this tasty in years. Perfectly cooked, not greasy and with actual pieces of pork served with a small dish of duck sauce (no stingy packets or a tiny side). General Tso’s chicken was all white meat, not overly breaded and so tasty. Sesame Chicken, asked for some spice to zip it up, again - all white chicken meat …. Perfection! Now I’ll have to find reasons to go to Darien just to come back to this place!“

“The food was top notch. Very good. Sushi. Crab cake was way too mushy. I wasn't expecting much from a sushi place for crab cake. My date ordered it. I lived in Japan. I felt like this was as close to Japanese sushi as I've seen or tasted in a while. We sat out on the deck so I don't know what the interior look like. I know there's reviews saying that it's dated. But I wasn't there to eat the decor. Lol“

I can't pick just one favorite dish because everything is consistently delicious, but I particularly love their Japanese bento boxes, sushi bar offerings, chow fun, and shredded duck. Whether you choose takeout or dine-in, the atmosphere and service are both excellent. Highly recommended!“

“Having lived in Japan for nearly 6 years I can say that Little Tokyo is a very authentic experience. They can do a lot of off menu food with notice. The seafood comes up from the NY Seaport daily. Highly recommended. I have been eating here for maybe 15 years now.“

They have lunch specials for asian classics like General Tao’s chicken, and then sushi specials, etc.

Worth a try, especially if you want chinese dine in (they’ve actually decorated the inside vs the very no frills takeout spots)“
