“I chose this place based on Yelp reviews and it didn't disappoint. We were in town for a soccer game and after the game the girls were in the mood for some sushi. Parking was tough as there were no spots available on the street, so I parked in the back across the street in the bank lot, luckily it was 8pm and it's not open. Once we walked in we were greeted by staff, and were pleased by the inside decor, as it has a nice authentic Japanese scene. Ordering was easy and kids got the sushi rolls they wanted and those Japanese sodas. I got a a rainbow roll and a Godzilla roll and a bowl of chicken fried rice. The girls got California rolls tuna rolls. The total bill was $125 + tip. So, it's what I expected to pay for good food and service in a nice area. I recommend if you like Sushi or Japanese food.“

“Given the ~$25pp price point, the selection (e.g. sushi, sashimi, hibachi, standard buffet options, etc.), a clean restaurant, attentive service (though it was an empty restaurant when we went for lunch), and the quality being higher than what you would expect if I said "sushi buffet", this earns its above average rating. Not a must stop for any one item as it doesn't excel at any one thing, but it delivers decently on many fronts. It won't convert you if you aren't into trying many items or a buffet person generally, but if you fit that category I'd be surprised if you were disappointed. If you are solely coming for the sushi/sashimi, there are AYCE places that specialize in that area that will be better suited for you (e.g. Sushi House, Sushi Palace, Sushi X2, etc.). The waiter robot is a cool concept and appeared to work well, though it didn't wait on us while we were there.“

However, I did notice they have live bands some nights so the jury is still out on this one. Maybe call ahead to sample the background noise from the bar or bandstand. The food was very good (maybe I'd give it an 83 out of 100 score). They have an extensive and varied menu. The backside of the menu was all Asian influenced with sushi, etc. But there were some enticing entries like Bay Scallops with bucatini. Not to forget that their burgers are extraordinary but pricey.
