It's okay for the price. I go because it is the only poke place in Stamford with build your own. I've gone probably 20+ times, but sushi at any sushi joint in Stamford is better quality.
The food and service here is usually pretty good. Although, my one complaint would be that every time I come here, the texture and the size of vegetables is always inconsistent. Some days, they're huge and take up space in most of the bowl. I don't enjoy having to bite on a huge piece of cucumber or onion. Other days though, it's cut nice and small and I enjoy the days they're cut like that.
I got a salmon bowl here and when I was ordering I noticed that the salmon looked a bit weird, but when I noticed she had already begun making my bowl so I didn't say anything. After I got home I checked an individual piece and there was a black spot in it and it was definitely not fresh.

Pokémoto offers consistently delicious food with generous portions and a wide variety of toppings. The staff is friendly and the service is great, making it a perfect spot for dine-in. Despite parking challenges, the wheelchair-accessible location is worth a visit for the overstuffed and dense pokebowls. Highly recommended for those looking for quality and quantity in their meal.
