We had such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, our server Rene Dobson greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. We decided to sit at the bar, so there was no wait.
Rene was extremely attentive, friendly, and had such a great personality. What really stood out was how helpful she was with the menu. Based on guest reviews, Townsend Bar & Cinema offers amazing ambience in a full perfectly manicured atrium with soft, comfortable furniture. The food and beverages are delightful, with delicious food and great variety. The bar and grill opens at 4pm, and a store sells sandwiches. The theater is very clean and comfortable. Hospitality is amazing from parking through check-in, with staff going above and beyond. The service is excellent, with super nice waiters and attentive managers. Specific meals mentioned include breakfast and brunch. The atmosphere is loved by repeat customers. One guest noted a slow server and delayed food, but a manager named Danielle provided professional and attentive service, serving drinks with a smile and ensuring everything was needed. Overall, guests will definitely return.
