Best restaurant in Westchester and Fairfield County for fine dining in French cuisine category. Chef Thomas Burke is the best of his generation! I'm obsessed with the new bar/lounge area, Petit Salon. This space is walk-in friendly and has its own menu!!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending an opening night cocktail party at Le Poisson in Bedford and have to say that everything was wonderful! The upscale French farmhouse aesthetic is like nothing else in the area, and the separate Salon and bar area is perfect for mingling and conversation.The food is delicious (best lamb I've ever had), the presentation is impeccable, and the staff are wonderful. I have loved this restaurant for many many years. My father used to bring us here as children because he also loved it. It is every bit as good today as it was 30 years ago. The food is exquisite and the service is amazing. It’s well worth the steep price. I wish that the customers would dress appropriately because it’s very upsetting to be in such an elegant environment and see people wearing clothes that one would wear to a gym.
