We were a party of four and two of us ordered filet mignon medium rare. One came out perfect while the other was well done. We waited about 1 1/2 hours for the entrees so guessing the well done sat on a heated plate and continued to cook for a long time. I showed the waiter and he was very apologetic and said they would bring another filet. What they brought next was a grizzly mess of a steak that was cold served on a different type of plate.
