I stopped in for lunch and had an amazing Poke Bowl. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, vibrant, and perfectly prepared—easily one of the best lunch options in Armonk.
Beyond the prepared food, the service is what sets this place apart. The owner is a tremendous person who is clearly passionate about quality. He personally prepared and recommended the Ahi Tuna steaks for me, and they were spectacular.

Whether you are looking for a quick, healthy lunch or the highest-grade fresh fish to cook at home, I can’t recommend La Mer enough. Support this local business—you won’t be disappointed!”

“I went to this place the other day but when I got there, it was so crowded. I had to either have a 30 minute wait or sit at the bar. Obviously I sat at the bar, but the food was good. I got the chocolate chip pancakes. there was a lot I had to share with my friend. But It was a good amount for the price. I also think the atmosphere around is super cute. I love the Armonk town and I hope to come back here soon!”

“My husband and I enjoy dining at this restaurant; we always have a great overall dining experience at the bar with Jamir...the food is always delicious and consistent...For our most recent visit we enjoyed the italian Egg Rolls filled with Broccoli Rabe, Sausage, & Mozzarella, Fusilli Pasta with Chicken, and Lamb Chops ....all dishes were cooked to perfection & we look forward to returning every time.”

“My girlfriends and I was just at Moderne Barn last night. It was my first time eating here. I have to say the overall environment was very friendly, welcoming, beautiful. By the way I love the chandeliers. We sat upstairs - very nice area. Plenty of people eating here. The food and drinks I may add is very delicious. I had salmon and white wine and sangria. Have to say no complaints. The staff very very nice and friendly. Highly highly recommend. Thank you Moderne Barn for a lovely ladies night out!”

“Stopped in around 8pm on a Saturday night and sat at a high top table near the bar. A little loud w music and a busy atmosphere. Service was quick. Chips and salsa were good. Ordered burritos and they were very good. There was an upstairs as well but I didn't go up there. Seemed like a busy night as ppl kept coming down from upstairs. Quick service good food. Parking was a little tough. Small lot and crowded.”

“Called in advance to see if they had nut free options for a friend who has a free nut allergy , but I wanted to take him for ice cream. The gentleman working was so helpful and let us know that they have separate nut free cases of ice cream and a totally separate case with the “nut friendly” ice creams. The scoopers don’t cross contaminate so it was super safe for our friend. Gentleman was super friendly when we arrived and ice cream was delicious. Tons of choices and variety!”

“Best bakery in the area by far. My favorites are the cookies, cupcakes and coffee cakes but you truly can’t go wrong with anything. I’ve also ordered custom cakes that were not only delicious but also beautiful. The customer service is top notch and the owner is the sweetest. Highly recommend”
