I had an excellently crafted cappuccino and decided to try the gluten-free almond cookies (come in a package of 4). For those of you who are gluten-free or gluten sensitive, you know how difficult it is to find that perfectly delicious, made with love, delicacy. These are out of this world and have a full almond taste and are wonderfully chewy. A highly recommended respite for anyone looking for that perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or tea, and dive into a delectably home made perfection.”

“We had another wonderful family dinner at Mardino's last night. After 30 years and innumerable wonderful dinners I never get tired of the excellent food and service. It's like going home again. You're treated warmly and with respect and everything is always great, especially the stuffed lobster. I would rather dine at Mardinos than any other restaurant I have ever dined. Whenever we want to please a friend or relative, we always bring them to Mardinos. They always as to return.”

“We order a bunch of cookies. They were prefect for what we needed and they were extremely accommodating. During our party the folks eating the cookies were in aww of the cookies and wanted to know where we order them from. I told them Bella’s bake shop in Mount Kisco. We have also purchased bread from them at a farmers market and it was delicious! Will continue to purchase products from them. Staff are extremely nice!”

“Lovely cozy place and service with a smile. helps if you speak a little Spanish, tacos al pastor were fresh and delicious, with all the fixings, and nice avocado and hot sauces. also a great deal 4 tacos for 13 dollars. what a steal!
two notes: no bathroom as the place is super tiny but there is a few bar stools if you want to eat in, and its also in an alley so you have to look for it a bit. its in the tiny street next to the corner Juice and snack bar..”

“I was traveling from Va to Connecticut and stopped in Mt. kisco to rest. I picked up a take out order of guacamole & cheese quesadillas with steak. I ate it the next day, it was excellent! I warmed it in the oven, not too much cheese & a sufficient amount of steak, service was good & staff pleasant. I'd go again!❤”

“I went there a hot afternoon with my two kids -their first Boba. They choose brown sugar & Oreo brown sugar. The Oreo was obviously quite sugary, surprisingly the brown sugar was more subdued. They both didn't like the tapioca pearls but I believe you can order without them -next time. I had the strawberry matcha which comes in just the large size -loved the cold strawberry foam on top!! Staff was attentive and pleasant. Clean and neat with seating available.”

It looks like a normal typical diner. I think they should make it look more whimsical to match the menu. Maybe have pictures of the kinds of foods and drinks they make displayed. “This buffet style restaurant offers a pay what you get at a weighted cost and offers a variety of options. They offer Ecuadorian classics throughout the day. In the mornings, you’ll find breakfast food until 10:30am- from fried egg, to empanadas, to tamales, to white rice, and beans and the occasional bacon egg & cheese sandwich. For those looking for their morning fix, they have coffee, avena, colada morada, and all day juices to your liking. After breakfast, you’ll find can expect Pollo/ Bistec Saltado, Pollo/ Carne Guisado, the occasional Pescado frito, and other varied options. If you’re lookin for something light, they typically have a varied section of fruit as well.

Aside from main course food, their biggest attraction is the juice bar where you’ll get an exactor give you some of the best natural drinks in the area”

“The atmosphere is casual and friendly with an eclectic assortment of tables and artwork. Seating is very European where tables are shared among different guests. I would not recommend the smoothies. We tried the spinach, avocado, peanut butter and banana smoothie. Honestly, it tasted like water with a peanut butter flavoring. However, we did enjoy the food during our visit. We had a vegan donut, the tofu bowl, and the falafel wrap. The bowl and wrap are on the small side but were both very tasty. The donut was of course sweet and delicious! This is a fun place to sit back, relax and enjoy time with a friend. There are even games available to play - checkers, chess, and tic tac toe were on our table. “Good service, but that's not the reason this place rates top of the charts - this is;When you get a chance to sample or even eat something that the kitchen didn't expect you to get, and that item is fantastic - it speaks volumes to the capability of the kitchen to deliver tasty fresh creative and delicious food as in the case of Henrys. I had the penne in tomato sauce, which was the best homemade pasta sauce I've had in decades. Fresh cilantro, fresh onion, and a low viscosity that isn't oily which is nice. Mwah!”

“I recently moved from an area where Salvadoran food was easily accessible, so finding this place has brought me comfort. Had the pupusas de chicharron and frijol con queso. They were delicious along with the cabbage and sauce they serve on the side. It is a very humble establishment which makes it feel quite comfortable. The two women that attended me were very lovely.

I recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area. Their soups also smell amazing — definitely ordering one when I return.”

“Sadly, in Delaware where I live, what people call "bagels" are really just rolls with a hole in the middle. That's why whenever I travel to Mt. Kisco, I stop in for REAL bagels at Mt. Kisco Bagel. After introducing my wife to "real" bagels at Mt. Kisco Bagel, my wife has now joined me in my bagel snobbery. If you appreciate a REAL bagel, stop in, even if it's out of your way. You won't be disappointed.”
