“We just came home from Sunday Brunch at Basso by PXK...the "Pots, Pans and Pasta" Brunch. Two hours, a dozen or more courses, one better than the other! Great food, great service. Peter Kelly dropped by each table to welcome us. So happy we went. Will be back for dinner...but it will be difficult to decide on one meal after such great variety.”

“Susan Lawrence planned and caterered a wedding at my home. Laura, the party planner, met with us beforehand and worked with us to plan an outstanding wedding. It was a “perfect night” that we shared with friends and family. All of the food was of fine restaurant quality and the staff was courteous and professioinal. “Every time that I dined at this restaurant the people were very friendly and accommodating! The food was spot on fresh and tasty! The portions were great and served hot. I’ve been back several times and it’s always good, haven’t hit a bad day yet! So in my view they deserve five stars across the board. I was raised in an Italian family and my oldest son is a chef in an Italian restaurant so I think I know what I’m talking about! Keep up the good work!”

“Nice starbucks location in Chappaqua.
It's a nice location but one issue is that the parking lot adjacent to the location has signs that the parking is for whole foods only.
The store is nice inside and has a lot of tables to sit at.
We walked in and waited a few minutes while the 4 employees behind the counter were preparing other orders.
Once we finally ordered our beverage came out promptly.
This is a nice location and if you are in the area it's worth stopping.”

“I’ve eaten multiple times at Our Kitchen and have always had a great experience - the food, staff, service and atmosphere have always been wonderful. However yesterday was the first time, we utilized (or attended) an event in their private room upstairs and I cannot say enough good things about it. We celebrated my 70th birthday and everything was perfect. The food was delicious (served family style and there was plenty of it!), the food and bar service was great, the room itself was perfect (a very nice room with lots of space for the kids to run around) and Melanie was so easy to work with! I highly recommend Our Place for lunch, dinner and in particular, for your private event!”

“It was so nice to come back to Himalaya after so many years! My first visit was in 2013 when I had just become vegetarian, and I returned again in 2017 as a new vegan. Now, as a 9-year vegan, I was excited to see that they still offer so many delicious vegan-friendly options.

I started with a red sangria, then the Steamed Veg Momos, which were fresh, handmade, and packed with a flavorful mix of vegetables. The Lasooni Gobi was perfectly crispy with a delicious Himalayan sauce.

For entrees, I ordered the Veg Thali, Tadka Dal, and the Veg Korma. The Veg Thali was a wonderful way to sample several classic dishes, the Tadka Dal was comforting and full of aromatic spices, and the Veg Korma was rich, creamy, and made with a dairy-free cashew-based sauce. I also enjoyed the paratha made without butter, which paired perfectly with the curries. It’s the best I’ve had!

Himalaya is a wonderful family-owned restaurant. The food is consistently flavorful, the staff is welcoming, and they do an excellent job accommodating vegan diners.

Whether you’re vegan or simply looking to try authentic Nepali cuisine, I highly recommend stopping by. I’m so glad I came back, and it definitely won’t be another several years before my next visit!”

We feel like for the price per person, the dessert should be a bit more elevated than ice cream that was most likely store bought. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who asked, but just give a heads up that the dessert may feel lacking.”
