Dear friends...As many of you know, Baked By Susan is a true-blue, homemade, hand-made bakery using only the best, real, fresh ingredients. The Berry Tart Susan made for us last weekend was better than anything I had in Paris! Creme-patissiere, delicate crust, ripe berries and a light apricot-preserve glaze. Susan is a beloved and famous Pastry Baker for a reason. Thank you Susan!
