“I ordered cupcakes and a wedding cake for my wedding and just WOW! Everything was beautiful and delicious, and the guests were amazed. She even did gluten free cupcakes for my husband who says they are the best gluten free cupcakes he's ever had.“
“Fabulous! That's all I can say. We were looking for a spot to grab a quick bite before heading to the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze and happened to pass this deli. My son lives in PA now and LOVES delis, so we went in and were totally wowed by all the options and the friendly people! I don't know how I've not been to this gem before, but I have it on my list of MUST HAVES now!Our sandwiches were amazing, and I don't say that lightly! They also have a lot of baked goods, so I had to try a few of their cookies, and they were delish! Seriously going back for more soon!“
“Quick stop traveling through to Blaze. Parking on street residential area. Ice cream is excellent. Pumpkin cookie good. Service was fine. Small place limited space. Outside more tables. Two scoops of icecream and the cookie and tip $10. Worth it.“
“This Guatemalan bakery and restaurant was awesome!!! We tried their sweet bread just hot fresh out of the oven and it was as soft as cotton! Tortilla de harina was also 100+! It was very worth the 50 minute trip from home and will definitely be back. The staff was really attentive and helpful. Muchas gracias! ??????“
“The food is delicious! However, the setup can be a little confusing to people who have never been there before. You basically enter and walk to the left where they have plastic gloves for you to grab what you want. When you walk a little further where the bread is, you will see paper bags on your left for you to place your items in. I love how you can grab freshly made bagels off of the conveyer belt. They are the best! The only thing I would add if I were them, are signs on their desserts. They all look so delicious, but it can get a little confusing and frustrating for the customer and worker when you keep asking what things are and it definitely holds up the line. Other than that, I love this place and it is very reasonably priced.“
“I picked up Blondery's S'mores Hot Chocolate and a cinnamon roll at the Beacon Farmers Market recently. OMG. The love that goes into their products is undeniable. Their cinnamon roll was everything good that makes up a cinnamon roll -- light, fresh, the perfect touch of cinnamon -- and THE ICING. I can't. Absolutely incredible. The only downfall was having to share with my daughter, whose eye about popped out of her head when she saw the deliciousness I was enjoying. Pairing that with their S'mores Hot Chocolate was the icing on the proverbial cake. There's magic in everything that Blondery creates. I love that they're a part of our community and am excited to try more of their creations. <3“
“I've been coming to Glitter Thicket for years and still feel enchanted every time I visit! It's a charming cafe with a full menu of delicious sweet and savory vegan offerings, an art gallery showcasing local artists, a cozy gathering space where you can play trivia with strangers and feel like you've spent the evening with good friends. The owner is lovely and crafts the food and space with such care that you really feel like you've stumbled into somewhere quite special. Whether you are hungry for a BLT or breakfast sandwich (highly recommend), a cupcake or peanut butter cookie (can't leave without getting one), or inspiration for doing/making, wander into Glitter Thicket!Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan/plant-based!Dietary restrictions: So awesome to have legitimately good vegan options--and lots of them (the whole menu)!“
“Experience/Environment: Anywhere with art and a record player will automatically win me over lol. You can even purchase art they have on the walls too.Price: Normal coffee shop prices.Food: Iced coffee did the trick. Caffeine content and taste was perfect.Service: I only interacted with the girl at the register. She helped answer all my questions about the menu and was kind. Sorry! I didn’t get her name!NTT [[Next Time Try]]: Likely a pastry lol.Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo“
“We were in Nyack to walk around before we headed back to BK and thought we'd stop for coffee and a pastry. I was hoping for a cappuccino but the machine looked like it was out of use so I got a black coffee -- not bad. What was great was the apple tart: lots of juicy apples, delicious crème patissiere, and a laminated crust. The pastries are HUGE -- the apple slice was more than enough for both of us. They have a small selection of macarons, which we didn't try, and a lot of other pastries (no eclairs, alas). Plus it seems to be a family owned business. I would definitely go back.“
“Flours tremendously stands out from your usual cafe. Not only can you stop in for a coffee (amongst other delicious drinks like a butterfly tea lemonade) and a sweet treat, you can buy a plethora of pastas and sauces to prep for dinner or the whole week! Sofia’s passion for quality sourced ingredients does not go unnoticed from the taste to the way you feel after you eat it. Flours is the only pasta I can eat that doesn’t make me lethargic or have a stomach ache after. I also have learned a lot about grains through their pasta. They have speciality pastas with grains such as rye, einkorn, and spelt which tastes delicious and nutritionally stands out from box pasta and other fresh pastas. Anywho, long story short, definitely make your way over to Flours! Go for the pasta and stay for the daily specials and baked goods. You will NOT regret it.“
“I just had brain surgery and I am on a very delicate combination of medications that affect my stomach. At the same time, getting some kind of highly nutritious food is really important for my recovery. My taste buds can’t handle anything too extreme but I still want to eat something delicious. Well let me tell you that I have been living off of Signal Fire Bread and it is doing wonders! When I can’t eat too much it sustains me and I also think it has really helped to rev back up my appetite. Truly whether or not you get brain surgery, I recommend Signal Fire for the tastiest, most nutritious and sustainably made local bread.“
“As the rave reviews here confirm, I think this is one of the best eateries in the Rivertowns. Exceptional coffee (I have very high standards!), and this morning I had their scrumptious breakfast burrito, which is cooked from scratch to perfection. The staff is always kind and professional.“
“No offense to the Colombian empanadas, but I much prefer the Argentinian empanada. Colombian empanadas are smaller and fried whilst Argentinian empanadas are larger and baked. That being said I love the empanadas at Los Andes are delicious. They have a good variety of other dishes as well. The establishment is tight so a visit with a group larger than 3 is not recommended. What i do recommend is taking a box of empanadas to go. They taste even better warmed up.Besides the empanada I had the fully loaded Chilean hot dog. The hot dog was a bit thin, but the combinations atop the hot dog were delicious. Also, they make a great cup of coffee.I make a trip to Los Andes every year for the Halloween parade with a sporadic viskt when I get a craving. FYI...I leave a bit ovee 50 miles away.Wheelchair accessibility: None“
“We ordered a cake and cookies for my daughter’s first birthday which was an Alice in “Onderland” theme. The cake and cookies were absolutely incredible! First of all, the presentation was amazing, the cake was perfect, just like the Disney movie. One of our little guests walked up to it and said “wow! that looks like a cartoon!”. The cannoli filling was one of the best I’ve had. The cookies were beautiful, I almost didn’t want to eat them but they were delicious. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend this bakery to anyone looking to have an event with delicious treats!“
“The official cake lady is officially our go to bakery!! Kim did our sons cake for his superhero party this weekend and WOW so cool and creative even included lights (iron man themed) !!! The cake was delicious too!!! She’s done a couple of cakes for us already and everyone raves about it!! She was so easy to work with and so kind!! She even texted me links from Amazon for a cake topper. It was a pleasure Kim to work with you and your staff!! Thank you!! People are still talking about your cake!! ;) Oriana from Liam’s superhero party!“
“Our go-to for any occasion! From their warm, inviting atmosphere to their delectable treats, every visit is a delight. Their pastries are always fresh, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff is friendly and attentive, making each experience memorable. (Pictured: sfinge/zeppole & fig cake).“
“Did phenomenal job with my daughter's birthday cake, beyond amazing cake, they made a fantastic delicious mermaid cake , came out above my expectations , everyone loved it in the party. I can’t thank you enough, you made that day extra special!“
“I absolutely love this place. There are super kind. They carried my cake to my car for me. They help you bring your vision to life. This is where I got all my families and friends cakes, cupcakes from. Not only the taste is amazing but the details are great. I post one of my favorite ones.“
“The food is the best here, reminds me of Chile. The bread is fresh best before 2pm. Everyone is friendly. I recommended getting the churrasco italiano with mayo & queso. Sit back and drink a bilz/pap and you will feel joy. This place is a 100/100“
“Birdie's Batch has the most delicious jams, jellies, and treats around, made by the kindest and most talented mother-daughter duo. We look forward to every market visit when we get to try their latest seasonal baked goods (they are all hits), and our pantry is always stocked with their jam.We love the jam so much, that for our wedding, we purchased 4 oz. jars of Birdie's Batch jelly as favors for our guests. Sara and Vinnie were beyond delightful to work with throughout that process, and the jelly was fantastic as always. We love hearing the rave reviews from our guests who have already enjoyed it at home. Hopefully we've created many more fans for one of our favorite local businesses! ;)“
“This is the best bakery in New York by far. Everytime I am in the area from CT I need to get the triple chocolate cake. It is the best thing your mouth will ever taste. It is so good that it makes me want to give Anna a hug. The triple chocolate cake is just one of the many good things from here. Do yourself a favor and stop here next time you’re in congers.“
“An incredible spot my great friend Omar took me too during my first trip to Nyak. This beautiful french-centric space has been very well curated by the owner. Excellent Croissant and even an Aperol Spritz option is available. The back tea room area has amazing oil paintings from 200 to 400 years old on the walls. I could sit and look at their brush stroke techniques for hours. I will be back and happy to enjoy all that Salonnière has to offer. Merci!“
“I walked in needing a cup of coffee from the long drive up. I was greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service. I asked the worker for some pastry recommendations which what she recommended was delicious ( can't remember the name) She made me one of the best cafe con leches I've ever had.“
“The best place to order for any occasion!! All are very good in taste picture perfect!!! Beautiful decorating!! Fantastic service!!! Whenever I buy all gets eaten up in minutes not a pc left!!!! If I order it’s ONLY ONLY from GREENS DELIGHT!!!!!??“
“If you’re looking for a simple place to have dessert, King Kone is a solid choice. They have a variety of dessert options which range from ice creams to milkshakes. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to give their input on their most popular desserts.“
“A rare and true Italian bakery that is still working so hard to make fresh authentic pastries. So many bakeries cut corners and use cheap ingredients but you can tell this place is legit and goes the extra mile to deliver consistent great products. The staff is also extremely nice and helpful. I hope this place is here forever as it's a lost art that many don't know how to deliver on. While I recommend many things here, we just had their Pastiera (Easter cake) which is amazing and not overly sweet.“
“Tl:Dr delicious cookies, great staff, artful cakes.First of all, I love their cookies. What's best though is their custom cookie cakes. I've given them challenging designs, and they've always exceeded expectations. To the point that now I have coworkers who request cookie cake designs for events. Their communication is great too, making sure everything is right. I'll post an example. If you want to have fun with custom cakes, give them a try. They seem so enthusiastic, it really is a pleasure.“
“Taam Eden Bakery is by far the highest quality bakery out there in the tri- state area and worth a trip from anywhere!! Each and every item on the shelf is worth a bite! Heaven taste in each bite always fresh and just an amazing experience!!“
“I’ve been going to this diner for a couple of years waiting for it to disappoint but it never did. This place is great. The location itself is good. Always plenty of parking space. The service is excellent as well. They always great you with a smile. The food is delicious as well. I have no complaints. Once you sit down, the staff quickly asks you if you want coffee or something else to drink. The food comes out pretty quickly. They don’t play around with that. The food portions are also great. Best bang for your buck. Breakfast for two will run you about $40 plus Tip. I usually leave cash on the table. The bathrooms are always kept clean. Your coffee cup is always kept full and you never have to ask for a refill yourself. Some places you have to stand up and stare at your server for a refill but not at this location. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a complaint. It’s usually busy on the weekends especially Sunday after church. If you’re in the area and want great food and service, this diner is perfect for you and your family. Enjoy and tell them Eddie sent you. (Which they have no idea who I am) lol. Enjoy the food and service.“
“Jessica followed through with my request greatly! My nephew is a huge DBZ fan and she took the time to take account of EVERY customization I had and there were a lot. Thank you for giving him a great 11th birthday! I will be a forever customer.“
“An easy in & out bakery. No frills just amazing cakes, pies, & cupcakes. They are very accommodating... I just wish they were closer to my home! I drove 50 minutes for cakes for an office party. Well worth it, though! I've yet to be disappointed.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available“
“Just had Abe’s Muffins from Pearl River Pastry & Chocolate. They are fabulous!! Moist and delicious. Vegan and come in many flavors. I had the chocolate devils food ones, rich chocolate flavor so good it was very hard to eat just one!“
“This unassuming deli has outrageous food! I was there recently and under the recommendation of a friend, I ordered a couple of the al pastor tacos and a large order of plantains. They packed enormous flavor into those little corn tortillas! I ordered 3, but could have eaten a dozen they were so good. But then it got even better. I love plantains, but never have I had them served with crema. Simply life altering. They were sweet and savory...Everything you could possibly want out of plantains. I would highly recommend stopping by here for some quick food and heavenly plantains!“
“My daughter celebrated her 9th Birthday she had a blast. She loves being in the kitchen. Susan and the girls are very nice and helpful. They kept the kids engaged with different activities. It was very pleasant and Susan is a great, humbled person. During our interactions she listened and always kept the kids in mind.“
