My father delivers the bio blocks they use in their ovens. He always told me how good the bread is. I didn't realize it was this good. Bread without all kinds of ingredients you can't pronounce and tastes excellent. If you are used to wonder bread this is not your place!
Wonderful local bakery with so many tasty things! Tried out their graham crackers (delicious, rich, buttery), polenta pound cake (delicious!) And levain (nice sour flavor, chewy, great texture and perfect with avocado). Will definitely come by again. Come early to get their cinnamon buns they sell out quick!
