They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. “I have been going to the official cake lady now for 10-11 years and about 3-4 times in a year. Kim never ever disappoints. She makes our vision come to life. The cake is so good we drive over an hour to pick it. Kim is always professional and listens to every detail needed for the cake.
The cakes are always moist and delicious . We will continue to drive to get our cakes.

There are shelves full of detailed fairy houses created by the owner. The entire menu is vegan-friendly. “I just went to The Great American Cookie at the Palisades Mall and boy was I surprised by my visit. First off, the place was immaculate and even though they were busy, was greeted at immediately by all 4 of the workers (their names were Stephanie, Valerie, Marlene and Jamie). Two of the workers were on their way out and they still took the time to greet and talk to me. I ordered 4 cookies and they offered me a great deal-if I purchased one more they would give me a 6th free! The cookies were fresh, warm and unbelievably delicious. I think these were the best cookies I’ve ever had (especially the Chocolate chip and Lemon ones). They even asked me for my phone number and told me about a great rewards program they have after spending a certain amount. They were so friendly-I’m not used to this type of service from anywhere these days. Go to Great American Cookie next time you are at the Palisades Mall-it’s located on the third floor - just outside Macy’s. You will not be disappointed! Mmmmmmm!!“

“The best kosher bakery ever!
I have grown up on their delicious stuff since I am a child. With their goods from their Brooklyn locations.
My most favorite baked goods from them are; their 'kukush cake. It was once the best out of the best.(they changed the recipe about a year ago for something not as good at all). The rugalech are delicious. But the highlight is their definitely their dairy line of cheese cakes, danishes and miniatures. How about trying the Napoleon cake can't even describe how good it is. You'll have to taste them yourself to understand what I mean...“

So we sent a personalized gift down to her with my son. When I asked if it was possible to make it that same day, the owner was beyond helpful. “Awesome place! Went here for a scoop with a couple coworkers after a hard day at work. I really appreciated their prices, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The kiddie scoop was three bucks, whether you got hard scoop or soft serve. I got coffee hard scoop. Most places have a surcharge for hard scoop, but this place doesn’t. I appreciate that kind of honest pricing. There are tables to sit at that are shaded and service was good. Coworker got their version of a blizzard and said it was really good. This place keeps it simple and does ice cream well.“

Prices fall into the category of not cheap, but not too expensive, for $6 you can get a filling lunch. If you live in Monsey and are willing to pay you can also get it delivered - so good value for those good alternative for those you you unable to get down there. No religious/cultural exclusion, so if you are a non-Jew who wants to try Kosher food, this is a decent place.“
