Been here a few times now.
Not much in this area.. So this becomes the go to. Lots of pastries. Tried several of them and have not been disappointed. German chocolate cup cake, pecan topping perfectly sweet.
Sausage sandwich on biscuit, bacon egg on biscuit, both a little greasy.. Think it's the cheese.. But delicious. BLT was good. Don't think you can go wrong, was all good.
No begals here. Scones! They are yummy!

Cute little bakeshop, excellent baked goods and coffee! And in the former historic tarrytown train station. Very convenient and enjoyable spot.
This bakery is great with so many amazing pastries. I was shattered by today's visit, as they ran out of chocolate chip cookies. They make them very well here, so I had a craving for it. I've also had a variety of their cakes, including the red velvet which is awesome! I only took of one star because it's a bit pricey, but you will definitely enjoy the goods!

The Bakehouse of Tarrytown is a charming bakery located at the train station, offering a variety of old-fashioned baked goods made with high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly, attentive, and efficient, with staff greeting everyone and answering questions about their products. The location next to the MNR station makes it a convenient spot for train travelers and visitors. Customers have enjoyed items like the sausage and cheese on ciabatta, very soft and filled with sausage and egg, as well as empanadas and delicious cheddar cheese scallion biscuits. The bakery also features a clean and comfortable space with plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax and work, as some families and individuals have been spotted using laptops inside. The chocolate chip muffin is quite scrumptious, and the rum-soaked chocolate danish is finger-licking incredible. The croissant is delicious and flaky, and the coffee is perfect, especially the iced hot chocolate. They close promptly at 3pm. The Halloween cookies all looked amazing, and the bakery is well worth the visit, despite parking being a little tough.
