I cannot say enough wonderful things about this bakery and the incredible service they provided for our wedding.

We decided somewhat last minute that we wanted a wedding cake, and they were able to accommodate our request on a very tight timeline. There was a small rush fee, which was completely understandable, and absolutely worth it. From the moment we spoke with them, they were professional, helpful, and committed to making our vision come to life.

What made the experience even more special was that the cake design was essentially a freestyle cherry blossom theme. We trusted their creativity, and they exceeded every expectation. The cake was absolutely stunning and became one of the most beautiful details of our wedding.

As gorgeous as the cake looked, the flavor was even better. We chose a two-tier cake with chocolate cake and cannoli filling on one tier, and yellow cake with fresh raspberry filling on the other. Both were phenomenal. The flavors were perfectly balanced, rich without being heavy, and sweet without being overpowering. The icing complemented the cake beautifully rather than overwhelming it.

To be completely honest, it was one of the best cakes I've ever had. Many wedding cakes look beautiful but don't necessarily taste amazing. This cake delivered both. Our guests loved it, and we received numerous compliments throughout the evening.

“This place serves consistently good food and it’s one of the few places that we visit when we crave good brunch and soups. It’s a family run place by a very friendly couple. It’s a bakery/ panaderia from outside but they serve savory breakfast items and lunch menu and dinners. The many versions of steak and eggs are yummy. The chicken and beef soup are very flavorful. Came with our son recently and he ordered the Birria tacos, they were so yummy as we expected but the sauces that came with it, we have never had such yummy sauces before! Everything is made fresh, even the baked goods! We also come sometimes with our dog, and there are ample seatings outside so we can sit outside with her as well! “In 2024, the Monsey area is filled with catering establishments, take-out store, and bakeries, and yet Glaubers, which has been here forever, is still the best. They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not much in this area.. So this becomes the go to. Lots of pastries. Tried several of them and have not been disappointed. German chocolate cup cake, pecan topping perfectly sweet.
Sausage sandwich on biscuit, bacon egg on biscuit, both a little greasy.. Think it's the cheese.. But delicious. BLT was good. Don't think you can go wrong, was all good.

Normally we don't post anything out of the 518 but we were out and about plowing snow in NYC and we stopped at Mountain View Deli. 🥪 🍪

We meet the owner Mike and he was very friendly and his hospitality was great. The cashier was very welcoming and made our experience worth it! The subs were really good and it's definitely one of the nicest deli's I've been to. They have a huge selection of homemade baked goods from Italian cookies, cheesecake, cakes and much more. The deli was super clean and my favorite part is they decorated the place for Christmas. Almost felt like home☃️ Thank you for the great service and I cannot wait to come back!
