“New City Sushi is a small tradition style Sushi bar/restaurant with an inviting atmosphere and service. A family run establishment with a single sushi chef that shows dedication in the meals he creates. Passing through the area I stopped in and requested an Omakase at the bar and was given a wonderful experience! The multi course Omakase featured some unique dishes such as Chuka Idako, fried Shishamo, Madai, Hotategai, Chutoro, Maine Uni and Chawanmushi. Overall this was a pleasant experience with a good atmosphere and tradition dishes you may not find at your typical sushi restaurant 6.7/10.”

From the moment you walk in, the place has that classic, comfortable pizza-shop feel—warm, welcoming, and filled with the smell of fresh dough baking.

The food is the star here. The pizza has that perfect balance: a crisp crust with just the right chew, flavorful sauce, and cheese that actually tastes like something—not the bland stuff you get at a lot of places. You can tell they use good ingredients, and everything is prepared with pride. Their slices come out hot, fresh, and full of flavor every single time. We also tried a few other menu items, and everything was just as good as the pizza.

Service is fast, friendly, and genuine. You don’t feel rushed, and you don’t feel ignored—they strike the perfect balance. The staff treats you like you’ve been coming there for years, even if it’s your first time.

The atmosphere is simple but clean and relaxing, making it great for grabbing a slice, eating with family, or picking up a larger order for a gathering.

“My wife and I have been there 4 times in a row and each time have had a fantastic experience! The food , drinks, service , and the staff are excellent. It’s a very affordable place to Dine out. We highly recommend this restaurant! It really is a hidden Gem in New City. Go and invite your friends, you will all be pleasantly surprised!!! Reservation is definitely recommended…it get busy! Friendly staff, too. New owners since January 2025. Updated space looks great. Still good food, friendly staff, now open for dinner 5 nights.”

“We love the unique design of the bakery and the beautiful flowers on the window. My daughter always wants to takes pictures out front. The cake pops are my son’s favorite and mine are the macaroons. Their cupcakes and cakes are beautiful and always leave everyone happy! Denise, the owner is amazing and so hard working! We love this bakery on Main Street!”

“Just finished Sunday Brunch at La Terrazza, and we cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Brett and his crew never disappoint. The food is delicious, the ambiance is amazing and the service is the absolute best! The staff is friendly, attentive and makes us feel like family. Our server today was Lee, and she was absolutely fantastic! We have also had excellent experiences with Leslie, Maryanne, Margaret and Jeanie. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.”
