“New City Sushi is a small tradition style Sushi bar/restaurant with an inviting atmosphere and service. A family run establishment with a single sushi chef that shows dedication in the meals he creates. Passing through the area I stopped in and requested an Omakase at the bar and was given a wonderful experience! The multi course Omakase featured some unique dishes such as Chuka Idako, fried Shishamo, Madai, Hotategai, Chutoro, Maine Uni and Chawanmushi. Overall this was a pleasant experience with a good atmosphere and tradition dishes you may not find at your typical sushi restaurant 6.7/10.”

“Napoli s has been my go to for family parties for many years. Love the new app. Chef Tom is awesome. Wings are legendary. Cheese-steak pie is another favorite. Garlic knot sliders are fast becoming another legendary order.”

“My team of 18 people had a phenomenal meal here. The owner Nick was so accommodating and kind. We ordered two party platters and four flavors - Kalbi BBQ, Soy Garlic, Sweet and Spicy, and Ppurinkle. All of them were phenomenal but my favorite was the Kalbi (had a nice peppery heat). The chicken was crispy and succulent. The meal came with pickled radish and sodas. Absolutely recommend whether you're dining in or taking out.”

“Best healthy Egg Omlette ever, soup was great. Too much echo and noise for my biz meeting. One of the workers couldn't follow-up and soup took 10 minutes and then he pointed me to utensils vs. getting them and making up for someone forgetting our order. Needs better operations and sound absorption stuff on walls.”

“We are so happy we chose The Official Cake Lady to make our baby boy’s first birthday cake! From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with. They were communicative, patient, and friendly, answered all my questions, and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

They did an amazing job creating a beautiful Paw Patrol cake featuring Chase as the main character. Not only was the cake absolutely adorable, but it was also delicious! It had just the right amount of sweetness without being overly sweet. We also loved being able to choose different flavors for the top and bottom tiers.

I highly recommend The Official Cake Lady and look forward to ordering more cakes from them in the future. Thank you for helping make our baby boy’s first birthday so special! ❤”

“Great little diner on Main Street in New City. Excellent breakfasts. Try the French toast! Or the blueberry pancakes. Or pretty much everything! Good coffee in old fashioned diner mugs. Friendly staff, too. New owners since January 2025. Updated space looks great. Still good food, friendly staff, now open for dinner 5 nights.”

“We love the unique design of the bakery and the beautiful flowers on the window. My daughter always wants to takes pictures out front. The cake pops are my son’s favorite and mine are the macaroons. Their cupcakes and cakes are beautiful and always leave everyone happy! Denise, the owner is amazing and so hard working! We love this bakery on Main Street!”

“Funny thing about our first experience @ Bailey's. I was In town for a radiology glamor shots late on a Friday. I Struck up a conversation with the guy next to me. Asked him if he's local and if he had any recommendations for a good place to eat. He said Bailey's smokehouse. After I was all glamor out we drove a very short distance and we had an amazing feast of some if the best ribs I had ever had. From the sample platter to the maim coures unbelievable. I even somehow nfound room for the 🍎 crisp! Live entertainment on a Friday evening and thus place was packed! So if your ever in the area, you have to experience Bailey's Smokehouse.”

Not much taste on noodles and veggies (cabbage/broccoli) but they were not over cooked. 👍 I definitely prefered that it was not overly salted rather than overkill on the salt. Very fast service.”

Waiter Han and Chef Lou worked so seamlessly together—it honestly elevated the entire evening. Han was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed, while Chef Lou brought amazing energy, skill, and flavor to the table.
The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily the best hibachi I’ve ever had. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. And I have to mention the Asian pear martini… it was next level and a must-try!

“I showed up here late at night 30 mins before closing. And before i went in i said awe these guys are probably going to be cleaning up and all mad that i comin in so late. But i walked in and a guy made me one of the best subway sandwiches i had ever had. And i know hes just pitting ingredients in there but it was the way he folded it. They always fold it wrong. They always put the meats in the center instead of on the side and it doesnt make it like a porportioned sandwich. But this guy placed those ingredients perfectly onto that bun. And he smiled and joked with me as he made the sandwich. And he deserves a raise if not 2. Go hit subway night shift on thursday at this location. My boy will hook you up”

“Ordered from Paisanos Pizza for the first time ever! We were very pleased with the 2 items we ordered: thin crust Grandma Sicilian pizza and fried calamari. We asked for the pizza well done, and it was just right! The calamari was tender and delicious. Can't wait to try more menu items next time!”

“New city Starbucks is the most amazing place that I go there. Every day as soon as I open the door and walk in, they greet you, the employees, they greet you, they smile. And it's very welcoming the way that they make every drink is amazing. I just love it.”

“We frequent Red Mango in New City NY weekly. It's usually a very good place and we've become loyal patrons. Today we were disappointed by the server who made our acai bowls without gloves and without washing their hands. The server had been disposing of garbage and boxes prior to taking our order.”
