“We visit this family favorite ice cream shop every time we are in town! Love their death by chocolate, rum raisin, pistachio, toasted coconut, butter pecan, strawberry and cookie dough flavors! Haven’t tried the other flavors as we already love our picks and every time we go there we want to eat the same flavors! They have tons of flavors. Parking spots and also a nice area to sit and enjoy the ice creams!“

We were a party of 5, I called ahead to make sure there would be a table for us. Although we didn't need a reservation, she prepared a table for us. All 5 of us loved our breakfast. “Fantastic brewery. The owner/ head brewer was behind the bar and was super friendly and passionate about the beer. We played bingo with the whole bar and sampled just about all of the beers on tap all were well crafted with great flavor profiles. “Climbing Wolf is a cafe that I compare all else to, their specialty coffee, atmosphere, friendliness and customer experience is above and beyond. The coffee blows me away each time and it is a wonderful place to be. As a local artist who has hosted several pop-up shops, I can say that the owner is overwhelmingly kind and has been generous in our collaborations. The baristas are also personable, knowledgable about specialty coffee and very willing to share advice for home the coffee enthusiast. Their coffee selection from the bar is always delicious. This is a must for anyone in Westchester looking for a perfect cafe.“

“We found this place on a spur of the moment lunch date decision and so glad we did as we really enjoyed ourselves so much. The pizza is fantastic and we also enjoyed a shrimp app with this incredible tomato sauce and got cheese served with some crust to soak up that yummy sauce. The owner Stephanie I think is her name was so welcoming and even let our dog come join us as it was late and not crowded in the front. Our service was perfect too and I will return for sure maybe for dinner to try the other pasta dishes and more pizza.“

“I have not yet been here in person, but had to rave about their coffee. Being a decaf drinker, it is not always easy to find delicious coffee. I happened to see this brand in my local supermarket, and, being a dog lover, decided to try their Maya decaf after reading the description. Oh my goodness, the most delicious coffee!! I am going to try to get to the store in person but in the meantime I highly recommend their coffee!“

“Food is great Vietnamese pork on a brioche roll was very good, as was the Asian glazed salmon. Only negatives were that my party of 5 was seated in the beer garden when there were booths available in the main restaurant and the waiter had the personality of the wooden fence around the place, he definitely did not want to be at work today. Also took forever to get our drinks, and food was brought out by the kitchen staff so besides taking the order and refilling water I don’t really know what his purpose was. I’d eat here again but if service was poor again I’d drop this place to 3 stars. Also there is no bridge view, there’s a high rise construction view ?“

“I ordered the porchetta sandwich. It looked better than it tasted. The ciabatta was not a true ciabatta and did not go with the sandwich. The porchetta was just crisped up pork belly and was skimpy on the portion considering the price of the sandwich. The waitress said I can substitute the fries for any of the sides but didn't state there would be an upcharge. There was tiny fine print under the sandwiches that says they'll be an upcharge but it's very easy to overlook. I opted for the warm cabbage side which was very tasty and would order again.My friend ordered the beet salad and that looked amazing. I'd suggest trying that and if I go again I'll order that instead.Lastly, the water glass had lipstick on it. I wasn't wearing any. When I asked for a fresh and clean water glass, there was no acknowledgement about the lipstick, even after I pointed it out. That was unprofessional, in my opinion as a former waitress and bartender.Overall, will I go back? Eventually, yes but it's towards the bottom of the list of things to do.“

The acoustics were great here as I am typically a little overwhelmed if the acoustics are off. Our order was prepared quickly and was nice and hot. Kind of dingy and dated inside. Prices were a little cheaper than other takeout places in nearby Pearl River, which was nice. According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd.
