The attendants: Maria, Gina, Kelly and Kristin were amazing, they were absolutely friendly and they made the experience so much more! I would definitely recommend Curbside Confections and I am sure we will be using them again in the future :)“

“Typical Chinese takeout place, typical menu. Ordered chicken with broccoli , lo mein, wontons, etc and the food was good/average. Soup noodles were stale, but the soups were fine. Our order was prepared quickly and was nice and hot. Kind of dingy and dated inside. Prices were a little cheaper than other takeout places in nearby Pearl River, which was nice. According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd. There’s a few chairs to sit while you wait for your food but no indoor tables. There’s a parking lot on the side“

Macha was smooth and perfect with a little honey.There's a big table out the back with people working remotely on their laptops and soft piano playing on the speakers. The price is appropriate for the type of food you're getting, but even more so-the portion sizes and flavor are top notch. We've already stoped in multiple times so here are some of our take aways :-dolmades: honestly, the best l've ever had. And I try them EVERYWHERE. Not cheaply portions either - solid roll and you get 5 in an order. WORTH IT.-pita chips: clearly homemade and SO delicious. Again, everything is so fresh and taken care of properly.Most of this part is self explanatory so I'll just touch on the parts we found interesting:-chickpea croutons: not nearly as hard as expected to be so that was a plus. The shell has a crisp but you won't worry about breaking a tooth-dolmades : if you're afraid to commit to a full order, here's your chance to try it ! You won't be disappointed-tabbouleh : such a lovely addition to the meal you just created. Adds flavor with the mint/parsley/onion heavenly goodness-cabbage: tried both the white and red at different times and both were tasty. Felt that the white took in more of the flavor around the dish while the red just added crunchDRESSINGS-any tahini option is the right answer. If you're not familiar with the taste of tahini to begin with (earthy if you will), then I would recommend a flavored one-roasted red pepper tahini: a gift from above ! There is a slight sweet yet smokey flavor that wraps everything together-garlic jalapeño tahini: not as spicy as you'd imagine so it just gives a nice lil zest to your dish-lemon & olive oil : depending on what you put in your order, this will help with overall texture. If you opted out of wet stuff (tomatoes, lettuce, etc) this is your choice !Lastly,The Earth Burger: like a big ole falafel and WOW did not disappoint. Maintained the integrity of the falafel (crispy outside, soft inside) while giving you the satisfying big bite you're looking for. Only complaint is since it is such a hearty size, maybe a size of tahini or tatziki should accompany it. But if you ask, they’ll give you a side !!Basically, this is a great asset to the area.Kind staff, smiling faces, clean sitting area and portion sizes that will have you stuffed all day!Their in house lemonade is the BEST !“

As great and fresh as the food was, Izzy definitely went above and beyond to make a great experience even better.The food was authentic, freshly prepared but came out in a timely fashion. “Visiting Grumpys for the Pizza Hunters App and was not disappointed. Parking can be tricky. There are only 4 parking spots behind the Pizzeria..I wound up parking across the street and patronizing the Deli as well in the process. I didn't even get all the way inside the door and was greeted immediately with a Hello, Welcome and How are You. Service was excellent and the price point was excellent. A lot of great Pizza for your money. It took me a little to find the words for this Pizza. The Crispy crust is definitely the highlight. Followed by the Sauce and Cheese. Really, the pizza has its own unique style and delivery. It all works. At one point, I thought maybe a little more sauce, since i am a big fan, but once it hits your taste Buds, you realize that it all works perfectly together and that's what makes it unique as a Grumpys Pizza. “Fantastic brewery. The owner/ head brewer was behind the bar and was super friendly and passionate about the beer. We played bingo with the whole bar and sampled just about all of the beers on tap all were well crafted with great flavor profiles. The pizza is fantastic and we also enjoyed a shrimp app with this incredible tomato sauce and got cheese served with some crust to soak up that yummy sauce. The owner Stephanie I think is her name was so welcoming and even let our dog come join us as it was late and not crowded in the front. “I worked with Ma’s Tea House for a corporate event. Initially we wanted them to come on site at our NYC office location at make fresh bubble tea as people came into the office, which they do offer, but the building had a lot of specific requests which made it difficult to coordinate. We ended up deciding to switch to a delivery of 100 bubble teas in the morning for my event that same afternoon. From start to finish, they were very easy to work with and responsive. I stopped by the shop and Justin worked with me to decide on what would be best for delivery and what flavors would be good options. I even requested they add my company’s stickers to the cups along with their own and they did. Delivery was a little tough (but that was due to the location of the office in midtown, police officers not allowing vehicles to stop, etc.) but we eventually found each other for delivery and they helped bring the bubble teas into the building within the delivery time discussed.As for the bubble teas during the event, we decided on 50 white peach rose with strawberry popping boba and 50 passion fruit with mango popping boba. They were a HUGE hit and mostly gone within the hour from the start of the event which we didn’t expect. We were anticipating some leftovers by the end of the day, but in the end, there were none.Pricing was reasonable and comparable to other quotes that we received. Brian was great to work with. We would look to work with them again in the future!“

“Great gelato flavors, great ice-cream and Italian ice. Classic flavors. However; I’m specifically here to rave about the cream puffs. They make the best cream puffs I have ever tasted. The fillings are absolutely amazing, fluffy. They are light and refreshing; and addicting. Highly recommend the pistachio flavor. I constantly crave these cream puffs, I go out of my way to get them, and send other people to get them for me. Great service as well, always very welcoming.“

Our favorites were the ramens we had which was the red spicy ramen and the black garlic ramen. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

The acoustics were great here as I am typically a little overwhelmed if the acoustics are off. The menu is smallish but it covers enough options so a large group could find happy choices. I have eaten there four times and I have sampled most of the menu via my meals and sneaking a taste from others in my party. For me the downside to the food is the lack of the little details that takes a meal from "serviceably enjoyable" to genuinely tasty. Examples: Onions were not caramelized when requested. Cheesesteaks do not make it to both ends of the bread. When crispy fries were asked for they have not been delivered half the time. Little things. But they do make a difference. Luckily, they can be easily fixed. Regardless, it has a relaxed atmosphere and it serves great beer without pretentiousness.“
