Jalapeño Mexican Restaurant offers an authentic home-cooked meal that feels like going over to a Mexican friend’s house. The food is always fresh, high quality, and consistently clean. Every dish tastes homemade with real care behind it. The papusa are awesome, with creamy beans and cheese inside and light and crispy outside. The mole is very good too. The chicken quesadillas are packed with amazing flavor, and the guacamole is also great. The chicken burrito is very satisfying. The Al pastor tacos, Mexican rice, and quesadilla de huitlacoche are all delicious. The staff is extremely polite and professional. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The space is small but very clean inside. Customers can dine in or get takeout. The salsa is better than other places. It is a terrific local family establishment with such nice people.
