The only reason I know this place exists, is because is through local Youtube food reviewer. I normally don't eat late, seeing as PHUHROO's hours are 5:00-3:00AM, but last night I definitely was craving some soup on a cold day.Put in my order, the guy said it would be ready in 15...came in 12 and the food was hot and ready for pickup! I always get the beef bulgogi bowl from here. Their food is amazing. It’s a little on the pricy range but they give a good enough portion so it makes up for it. Customer service is good too, the guy that works there is a solid guy.
