They generally serve drinks in two sizes. We ordered the smaller size. The place is run by 2 very passionate and warm host.“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

“We pulled off the highway for a coffee and stumbled upon this gem. The pastry menu is filled with unique items and great flavor combinations. I had the ube pan de sal and the Kashmir cardamom latte with oat milk. I absolutely love both! The location seemed surprising at first, it’s located in a larger office complex, but inside it feels comfortable with warm lighting and plenty of seating. They also sell records and prepared wraps and desserts. Check it out if you’re in the area! I will be sure to stop by next time I’m passing through.“

I purchased here a few times via the TGTG app and purchased bagels and their delicious home made assorted flavor cream cheeses. “My son was recently diagnosed with EOE and is dairy, nut and egg free. Someone recommended AltEats so I contacted Laurie and she worked her magic! My son was able to enjoy an amazingly delicious birthday cake for the first time! She also created the most delicious cannoli filled cake for my guests! “Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off. “First time I had Indian food was a few years ago in NC, and I was NOT impressed. We were up visiting my sister in Ridgewood and we went out for fathers day dinner at Tabla. We ordered a bunch of different appetizers and entrees and we shared them all. I was absolutely impressed. I totally enjoyed EVERY item. I especially liked the curry fish with coconut milk. The service was exceptional and very friendly, it was an entirely enjoyable experience. I heartily recommend this Indian Restaurant in Ridgewood, NJ.“

“I was there for the first time a few weeks ago. Was so impressed! The vanilla soft serve actually had flavor. Most places I make them put a ton of toppings on just so it has some flavor. Also, the medium was so large my two nieces that normally want larges could barely finish it. So you definitely get your moneys worth. My only question is I want to bring a friend who’s allergic to eggs. I called the shop and they said they didn’t know if there was eggs in the ice cream (If it wasn’t for my friend, I would never know that many places like Carvel does use eggs to make it more creamier). So do you use eggs in your soft serve?“

“Today we stopped by GiGi’s Cafe and had the Greek Toast and an Americano, while my wife enjoyed the Classic Toast and an Americano. Everything was absolutely delicious.

The cafe itself is beautifully decorated with flowers, creating such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. We also had the privilege of hearing the owner’s family story. Although it began with sadness, they chose hope, love, and resilience, turning it into something truly beautiful and inspiring.

As their sign says, “You come in as a guest, but you leave as family.” That’s exactly how we felt. We walked in as customers, but we left feeling like family.

“My husband works in Hawthorne and we we’re looking for a good Italian restaurant. After Google reviews we decided to order from Ossy’s and we are so glad we did. When you first walk in the atmosphere is nostalgic and authentic. The staff is so warm and welcoming. I spoke with Ken the last time to place our order and he was a total sweetheart. We have ordered from them twice so far and their food is second to none. You can taste their passion for food. My husband ordered the Chicken Napolitano both times and said it was out of this world delicious. My son ordered Rigatoni with Vodka sauce and practically licked his plate clean!! I ordered Chicken Marsala and Chicken Sorrentino and it was one of the best I have ever had. Yes this is coming from a Jersey Italian whose family once owned a restaurant in Newark so my standards are very high. We did takeout but we are looking forward to bringing the family to the restaurant for a sit down meal. If you are looking for a great Italian restaurant look no further. Ossy’s is your place!“

“I recently visited this halal fast food restaurant and had a great experience overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. I ordered the chicken burger and loaded fries, and both were well-seasoned and served hot. It’s reassuring to know that all the meat is 100% halal, which is very important to me.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the menu had a good variety of options at reasonable prices. Service was quick despite it being busy, and the staff were polite and welcoming. The only small improvement I would suggest is offering more drink options or sauces.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty, reliable halal fast food. I’ll be coming back again.
