Our meal was DELICIOUS! Scallop appetizer followed by entrees of halibut, bronzino and orata. Wonderful service made for a beautiful evening

The food was amazing and dessert was delicious Jose our waiter was so nice and helpful it’s BYOB but I highly recommend it, will be back when I come back home to Jersey

Every dish reflects quality and care, with interesting menu choices not seen elsewhere. Since everything is made from scratch, the restaurant can cater to food allergies. The service is exceptional, with attentive staff who never rush diners. The price is refreshing and very fair, especially for a BYOB establishment. Specific meals include tasty pasta specials from pasta night on Wednesday, a pork chop special stuffed with ricotta and spinach topped with a light mushroom sauce, and a pistachio crusted cod special. The chicken soup special with zucchini and dumplings is delicious, and home baked bread is served. The only complaint is the noise level can be somewhat high on busy Saturdays when all tables are occupied. Fusion 27 never disappoints and is a great spot for an intimate night out, deserving more recognition. The restaurant is a fantastic find in the Totowa area.
