My 'go to' local bagel shop. Prices have been going up for a year: this is happening everywhere. It's a 'treat' to visit. NOW the bagels I purchased recently were smaller. It's no longer worth my patronage.Disappointing
Received the wrong order, 3 bagels for $17 (two were just cc, barely) They're bagels for crying out loud.25 people working a shift, but no one wanted to take orders or make orders.

Decent bagels, but EVERYTIME I order a small cream cheese spread, the price varies…sometimes it’s a flat rate price, other times they put the SAME small cup and weigh it…very frustrating…additionally they have a few people working the front that barely speak a lick of English, so trying to order a coffee with ‘2 sugars and light cream’ is virtually impossible
