I was running late to an event and needed something quick to get me through the day. I called the deli maybe 3-5 minutes before I arrived and they were very kind-hearted to make sure the sandwich was ready when I got there. Not to mention they were super nice over the phone and held the same high level of customer service when I arrived, as well.
