I met Jason for a bike fitting and had a great three hours of education, conversation, and fun. He is so knowledgeable of both the dynamics of cycling and the way the body relates to the bike. The technology was great and his analysis and explanations were easy to understand and suggestions were simple to implement. Had a great experience with Jason. I had a bike I had winged some of the adjustments from a previous bike but never felt comfortable/started to feel lower back pain. Jason is very knowledgeable and the time he spends with you is interactive & educational. I found it really helpful how he broke down the logic of why certain adjustments make sense and helped flag weakness/overcompensation that lined up with what I had been feeling prior to the fit.
