The food is incredible (I'm most partial to the croissants). From the coffee to the breakfast offerings to the truffles, I haven't had something I didn't think was excellent. And they make it all in-house!The staff is great. I've been in during busy times and slower times, and they're always working hard and friendly. (And the cute barista behind the counter is always nice to see.)I've worked in service in the past and so it's impressive to see them in action when the lines start forming. Really love going there. “It’s a small 12 table place. It has a café/mini diner kind of feel. It’s cute place for a brunch. Decor is modern and cozy.Food is Delicious! They have mimosa options and they have a display of baked goods. We had breakfast I had gluten-free French toast, which I was so excited about since it was my birthday breakfast and my husband had the eggs Benedict, which he thought was the best he’s ever had and presented so Uniquely. We both had mimosas. He had the pineapple. I had the classic. They were both delicious. I recommend the pineapple. Our Val was so sweet. It’s a woman owned business and she is very dedicated to Customer Service. We had such a pleasant time will definitely be back we went on a Thursday morning at 11:30 and it got filled pretty quickly shortly after. “Fantastic brewery. The owner/ head brewer was behind the bar and was super friendly and passionate about the beer. We played bingo with the whole bar and sampled just about all of the beers on tap all were well crafted with great flavor profiles. “We found this place on a spur of the moment lunch date decision and so glad we did as we really enjoyed ourselves so much. The pizza is fantastic and we also enjoyed a shrimp app with this incredible tomato sauce and got cheese served with some crust to soak up that yummy sauce. The owner Stephanie I think is her name was so welcoming and even let our dog come join us as it was late and not crowded in the front. Our service was perfect too and I will return for sure maybe for dinner to try the other pasta dishes and more pizza.“
“Walked into Piermont Bicycle Connection the other day and got to work with Sunny Quach. He is professional while also being personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. He was adept at finding ways to explain more technical aspects of the bike I was looking at in a way that helped me understand, which was extremely helpful. I ended up buying the Trek FX Sport 6 which is the biggest investment I’ve ever made in a bike. Even though Piermont Bicycle Connection is an hour from me, they earned a devoted customer in me because of the care and attention Sunny gave me. I will be back and will recommend to others. “This place has a totally chill vibe. They have great beers, IPAs, ales & ciders on tap. Cool bartenders. Very limited menu, but that's totally OK! You're not going there to eat a gourmet meal. You're going there to meet your friends, a date, or someone else and you're going to order some tasty appetizers & knock down some frosty beverages! Also, they have a courtyard/outdoor area in the back that has couches, tables, etc. I've been there a few times & it's always a good time!“
“This is the first time my husband and I visited this diner. The atmosphere was welcoming. The waitress was very nice and attentive to our table. The food was excellent. We had soup for starters. The white bean soup was excellent. My husband had the Turkey, with avocado, lettuce and tomato, and sweet potato fries, while I had the pastrami with Swiss cheese and curly fries. “We visit this family favorite ice cream shop every time we are in town! Love their death by chocolate, rum raisin, pistachio, toasted coconut, butter pecan, strawberry and cookie dough flavors! Parking spots and also a nice area to sit and enjoy the ice creams!“
“The coffee shop of choice whenever we are in or passing through Piermont. It's cozy and artsy with nice drinks and a wide variety of yummy baked goods. There are new and used books for sale and for browsing. The service staff are young, local, friendly and welcoming. The bay window seats allow you to relax, sip a hot drink, nibble on a scone, while people watching on the main street of this historic town from a somewhat vantage point (the shop is a few steps up from street level).“

“Delicious and healthy waffles! All sorts of toppings and add-ins are available for these sourdough type waffles, and they do not disappoint! The soup of the day today was beet soup. Delish! One of us had a waffle with chocolate as well, and one of us had frozen yogurt with toasted coconut. All so yummy! Great space, light and simple, great, friendly service! Go for a coffee, go for a meal or a snack! You will be glad you did!“

There’s hot and cold beverage options such as iced coffee, smoothies - as well as bottled/can options like soda and tea. The food took a bit longer than expected though given how busy they are with take outs and dine-in order, it is understandable. Portion is adequate and there are counter seatings along perimeter of store.Call out is there is only 1 table available for seating so you have to bet on having that 1 table being available when you come in.“

“This is a very nice spot. If you are a connoisseur of dive bars like I am, you will love the decor and vibe. The customers and bartender were all friendly. Price was about average I guess. Regarding food, they said they only had a small bar pie, and that limited menu sort of gave me the impression that it was probably frozen and heated up, so I passed on the food and just enjoyed a beer and the atmosphere. Definitely a nice spot to grab a drink though. Especially if you are a local in the area of this bar, I definitely recommend it. If you are a fellow dive bar connoisseur, put this one on your list, and unless you happen to be hungry at the time, I don't think you'll be disappointed at all. Go and enjoy!“
“As a newbie in town, I have been looking for a healthy cozy place to get some work done. Sweet and savory has the perfect menu. Everything is made fresh and was delicious. “A very friendly place to go for your pub food. The beers are rotated often and they run extremely good specials. I genuinely enjoyed my overall experiences but the food is only solid. The menu is smallish but it covers enough options so a large group could find happy choices. I have eaten there four times and I have sampled most of the menu via my meals and sneaking a taste from others in my party. For me the downside to the food is the lack of the little details that takes a meal from "serviceably enjoyable" to genuinely tasty. Examples: Onions were not caramelized when requested. Cheesesteaks do not make it to both ends of the bread. When crispy fries were asked for they have not been delivered half the time. Little things. But they do make a difference. Luckily, they can be easily fixed. Regardless, it has a relaxed atmosphere and it serves great beer without pretentiousness.“
“My husband and I went there for the hot dogs. They are out of this world. Large size great taste. They are so good I ate mine with a little bit of mustard and nothing else. The fries are so good and compliment the hot dogs perfectly. Try not to miss the french fries if you are a fry lover like myself. “I have been consistently coming here for weeks. I have only had the breakfast items and the wings and all of it was excellent. Food is prepared fresh, portions large and the pricing is good! The ardsley diner charges $16 for an omelette!!! I can get an omelette, potatoes, toast, bacon and a coffee for less than $10 here. I never knew this place existed even though I’ve lived in the area my whole life. The other two delis on the road serve tiny portions at high prices and the food is bland. Trust me, go here!“
“A small cafe that serves the newly built water front development. There is only few tables inside, but a nice outdoor seating area. We were pleasantly surprised by stumble upon this place by searching Google. The food was fantastic, we ordered a salmon dish which was cooked to perfection and a nice cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The portions were abundant, tasted delicious and reasonably priced. “Had one of our few yearly trips to Penny Lick today to treat our peanut allergic son. Ice cream was delicious as always. We got to sample a few flavors before deciding. The gentleman working the counter was amazing as always. He is such a delight and always chats with us. Knows all about the flavors available and helps with deciding what to get. We got to sit and enjoy chatting with him while eating our ice creams, and our son even get seconds after deciding he'd like to try a milkshake- something he doesn't get to do often due to his severe peanut allergy. We are so thankful for peanut free stores such as this, where our son can be comfortable and have a moment of normalcy. If we didn't like 1.5 hrs away, we would visit at least weekly. We normally bring a cooler with ice and ice packs to take pints home, but today we did not have that with us. Love their take home pints!! Will be back soon!! “We tried this restaurant recently and we were glad we did! We found parking on the street, the reception was warm and the interior was spacious and the decor lovely. Our waitress, Courtney, was incredible! She understands service. She was polite, very knowledgeable and engaging. She was also extremely efficient! The food was oh so good and the portions were huge. I felt greedy releasing the grip on my waist to eat it all up. But I couldn't. We had a 'to go' bag. Everything was excellent, the music, even the bathroom was clean and organized. We had a great time dining there. We will return.“

I have visited most of the breweries around the area, and sometimes if your not a "regular" you are not really welcome or treated as well.Stacy and your staff not only made me feel welcome but took the time to treat me as a person not just a customer. I also appreciated, the knowledge your staff had the beers on tap. “Tried Hudsons Mill for the first time last weekend and Im sitting here writing this review because I am still shocked how good this place really is. At first it was a little hard to find since it is almost tucked away but don’t let that fool you from the greatness that awaits inside for you. For starters the staff was really friendly from the beginning always laughing and walking around making sure everything is in order. Me and my wife started with the brussel sporuts which are so good along with the sauce that comes on the side... the perfect one two combo!! we both had ipa beers (Motto motto and wrench) they were so great and to top it off our entres which I had the og burger which tasted so fresh and delicious and my wife had the chicken a limon which she could not stop saying how good it was. To top this all off there was a band singing in the background which really set the mood off a great time. Definitely will be returning to Hudsons Mill again!!!“

According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd.
