“Sushi & Kimchi has become my new favorite comfy, cozy, and cute hideaway in Rockland for when I want the best tasting and authentic Korean and Japanese cuisine. Gina (owner) and Julie (waitress) are both absolutely lovely! Both Gina and the restaurant remind me of what I recall to have been the first Korean/Japanese sushi house in Bardonia, NY that I grew up up dining at in the early 2000’s and up until I moved out of state in 2008. Unfortunately, that location is no longer in business, but Sushi & Kimchi definitely gives all the nostalgic feels! The foos is always fresh and absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, the service is always on point, and you’re welcomed each time with a warm welcome from everyone! It’s a little hidden gem in a parking lot off of Route 59 in Nyack that winds down in the late afternoon and is calm in the evening. The perfect place to go for an overall relaxing experience that will have you leaving full after having enjoyed every last bite! I’ve also ordered through DoorDash and the presentation, temperature, taste and overall quality were all solid as well. Thoroughly impressed!

“Hands down the best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. The crust is incredible, perfectly crisp and flavorful, and not soft and soggy crust like other gluten free pizzas, which is hard to find with gluten-free options. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients.

Tony, the owner, is one of the nicest and most welcoming people you’ll meet. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience.

“We stopped here while traveling from RI to PA and WOW are we glad we did. We needed a place to accommodate our small pup so we stopped to ask if they had outdoor seating. They didn’t but they created it by carrying a table and chairs outside for us - talk about customer service! Nick was such a fantastic host - setting us up, providing exceptional service and great conversation! I also can’t forget to mention how incredible the pizza and chicken roll were! This place is a 10/10 and we will definitely find a reason to stop back again!”

“Happened to come to a street festival in Nyack and opted for this delicious buger joint! They offer lots of seating and a good vibe. The classic cheeseburger was big well cooked and juicy!! Fries were a perfect amount for sharing and they also offer a variety of beers/ales. Prices are reasonable and i would definitely come back!!”

“On December 12th my law office had their holiday luncheon at this wonderful restaurant. I also ordered a tray of meat lasagna for Christmas. If you have never had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant, I suggest you run - do not pass go - and get your butt there and eat the most delicous food on this planet. The chef created the meat lasagna - a simple dish - and elevated to something that just melts in your mouth with deliciousness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this restaurant!!”

“I've only eaten there once, but I can see myself visiting again. Service was very good, and friendly. The "Alvin" Grilled Chicken Sandwich was tasty, though the Chicken was a bit chewy. The French Fries were very good. The menu looks very ambitious, and I look forward to trying their other offerings. The bathrooms are tiny, but clean! It's a safe bet that you'll get an enjoyable meal at Strawberry Place.”

“Bike Cafe is a great spot for coffee and yummy snack. I’ve been there a few times and everything is delicious. One of our favorites is the prosciutto sandwich as well as the avocado toast. The affogato, the matcha latte and the chai latte are all great. The almond croissant and is also a yummy sweet treat. The service is great (we ♥️ Zoe) & the atmosphere is cute. Will definitely be back.”

“I stopped into Domino’s Pizza today on Route 59, and honestly—it flipped my whole day around.

I wasn’t having the best day at all, but I ended up talking with Joshua, and that dude genuinely made me laugh and smile. Just good energy, real conversation, and you could tell he actually cares about people, not just pushing orders out the door. He completely turned my mood around.

The environment in there was great, super positive, and Joshua is 100% a standout employee. Domino’s should absolutely keep him around—and honestly, give him a promotion. Employees like that matter, and they make people want to come back.

And yeah—can’t forget the pizza. The pizza was great. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Joshua made it, and it showed.

“Went here to eat for the first time after only having had one of their yummy alcoholic slushies at a Nyack Street Fair a while back. I really liked the atmosphere. I ate outside but went inside a few times and it had a nice simple laid-back vibe. I had the hanger steak sandwich with garlic-cilantro fries which was really yummy. My server was Bridgette, and she was really sweet and attentive yet also gave me plenty of time to enjoy my meal and after lunch cocktail. Speaking of which, Bridgette not only nailed the suggestion of the passion fruit margarita for my after meal treat, but as she was also bartending, made an absolutely delicious drink. I was having such a relaxing time I stayed for a second one. I was even complimented by a passerby on how "content" I looked. LOL! Will definitely be back to this unique and friendly spot!”

“We came for a saturday brunch and it was nothing short of excellent. The manager greeted us and we had some drinks at the bar. The bartender gave us some great recommendations for the menu and the owner even came over to us and introduced himself which was very nice. We got the meatballs, rockshrimp and calamari, lobster guacamole, and burrata which were all incredible and great shareables for us. 5/5 and will definitely be back.”

Only issue we had was that it was bitterly cold outside and the restaurant heat had trouble keeping the place warm. On any slightly warmer Sunday, I would plan brunch here in a heartbeat.
