“Haven’t been here in a LONG time since they switched owners. Finally stopped by to pick up dinner and it is wayyyy better than it used to be, even with the old owners. The salad was so fresh nothing came soggy. The bread was nice and soft. I was so impressed, excited to be a regular again!!!“
“There are many pizzerias in Nyack, but Tarantella's is always my go to! I have had their slices, garlic knots, subs and hot meals and I am never disappointed. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation they are at the top of my list. Whether I do take out or dine in the service is impeccable. Great staff!“
“Ha! I read someone's review and saw Massapizza! It's true Pequa and Definitely on Broadway there's a lot of Italian food! Went a few blocks farther than my usuals. My mind has changed on my pickup/delivery local night for sure! The service was great, the place was certainly busy, and more importantly the food. The crust! I am not sure how to explain since I just finished eating... perfectlyyy crisp, slightly brown, great flavor. Seamlessly- Layered into a softer, fluffy dough with just enough rise to reach the quality cheese layered above it. Then the sauce! I love when I can eat food and ask myself "well what is that flavor?" Or wonder the balance. Perfecto to my happy taste buds :)“
“This is not your ordinary pizza joint! ....and I ought to know, spending every Sunday at my grandparents where Fanny, my newly imported from Italy step grandmother who spoke absolutely no english would slave in her tiny box kitchen and prepare the most amazing food for her new family .......so I know Italian food and pizza. .......and so does Joe and his son Joseph, where they lovingly make and ferment for 3 days the most amazing dough utilizing imported ingredients .............which is to eventually become the best pizza you will ever eat. This is more akin to the the Pizza you would find in Italy. (think the thinnest, crispiest crust with the perfect charr from the wood burning brick oven.) San Marzano tomatoes.........fresh ricotta.........permesiano cream..........A popular favorite and one I cannot stop ordering is the 'Snow White'....Cows milk mozzarella, Creamy ricotta, Roasted garlic and drizzles with a Back pepper honey and Pecorino ramqo Cheese.....the menu is very edited and includes vegetarian choices and gluten free options. ..........Great wine selections too.....im quickly sampling every chic on the menu and have been no disappointments.. It is great to have a local place that understands the simplicity of fine ingredients and great food.“
“My husband and I went to burrata for dinner today. It was a Saturday so we did have to wait around 50 minutes, so I would suggest making a reservation online if possible. We grabbed a drink at the bar next door while we waited. I really liked a the ambiance of the place- modern yet homey feel. Service was excellent, food came in a timely manner. We ordered the Araninci which was delicious, the burrata - yum. For mains we ordered the pappardelle which was really good, and the mushroom jalapeño pizza which we also enjoyed. For dessert we had the tiramisu which from a distance I thought looked like a store bought tiramisu because they wrap it in one of those plastic pieces to keep it together, but once the waiter opened it up all of the cream at the top fell to the sides like lava! It was really good- coming from someone who is very picky about tiramisu! Drinks- I had an espresso martini (no baileys) which was also good Definitely will be coming back here- with a reservation next time!“

“Rock's Kitchen is phenomenal. Recently found they deliver through Uber. As a physical therapist constantly moving around, I enjoy healthy and filling options. The Greek chicken power bowl is a mid day pick me up, especially with the sauce. Great portions and solid flavor. Juices are fresh. Customer service is great too. Placed an uber order, called the kitchen last min after order was made on a request and it was handled immediately. Highly recommend if you're in the area.“
“My husband and I went last night for dinner, and we cannot stop talking about how much we enjoyed it. First, they accommodated us quickly and made us feel welcome despite the fact that we arrived a little over 15 minutes late for our reservation; we were expecting to wait but they seated us right away. The atmosphere is soooo pretty with greenery and fun music playing.Now the food: My husband ordered a cocktail and I ordered wine and both came out promptly & were generous in size. While we waited for our food, we looked at the meals that were coming out of the kitchen and everything looked delicious! The serving sizes are VERY generous. My husband ordered the chicken parm vodka special and I ordered the ravioli and meatball. We easily could have split the chicken parm to share. It was easily one of our favorite meal experiences, as everything was made to perfection. For dessert we ordered the cheesecakes.. I have high expectations for cheesecake and theirs did not disappoint. We both left feeling stuffed but in the best way. No notes. 12/10.“
“Stopped in for a quick slice and to get out of the cold wind. Makes me think of all the classic NY style pizza spots you see in tv/the movies. Super friendly atmosphere and service with even faster food times. I asked for a slice of the pesto pizza, they grabbed and reheated in the pizza oven. Crust was crispy, crunchy and chewy in all the right parts, bright pesto, rich and fresh tomato sauce, and delicious cheese. I couldn't be happier!“
